Nice place. Always well maintained and neat. I've had no trouble with neighbors or parking. Girls in the office are very helpful, especially Taylor.

Everything is good, however the trash and the water is an issue with me. We're given a little bin that cannot hold a regular size trash bag. For someone like me that loves to cook this can be hard. Then if the lid does not close they will not take your trash. Which I think is putting the tenant in a lose lose situation. My water bill is ridiculous. I've lived in a 5 bedroom home and the bill was not as high as my bill is now in the apartment. I need to know since the bill is allocated how can I get a copy of the overall bill to ensure that the amount that's allocated to me is correct? My bill is extremely high. Other than the issue I've listed above the apartments are great. The staff is awesome and friendly. Maintinence is very prompt.

Taylor is always extremely helpful when I go into the office. We've lived here for a few years now and I always enjoy seeing her. The new management has improved the complex a lot.

It is a pleasure to live in these apartments. The apartment staff treats you like family and not a resident. and Kiah and Taylor have made me feel comfortable along with the rest of the Indigo Apartment staff. The staff is great. I have lived here for about 3.5 years. I have no complaints. Over the course of my stay, I've had maybe 3-4 issues that were fixed next day / early am. I have had no issue with noise or rude neighbors. Always seem to be plenty of parking in my area and received no damage to my car. They have kept the environment clean besides some residents that littered. I had no bug problems at all. Close to all stores you needed. The current management is great and friendly. Always greeted with a smile when I walk into the office. If it were not for me moving closer to work, I would be staying.

They try to scam you with extra fees on your monthly bill. They tried to charge me $55 for electricity and processing when I have my own electric bill with oncor. Also they charge $28 trash fee, and more. They slide these fees in hoping no one will notice. It's not right. My $160 bill was really $40 bucks. That's a $120 extra!!

I don't do reviews but had to after my experience.pleas save yourself the headache. Do not move here. All they care about is their money. Overpriced apartments. Glad our house is finished and we are done with this place. TERRIBLE!! Plugs didn't work, crime was bad, and stove plate didn't work.

I have lived here for over a year and have never experienced any issues. This apt has a great location near many conveniences and the lake!! Anywhere you move you will never have control of neighboring people but I can say that my neighbors are quite nice and very kind. The staff has always done the best to resolve any issue I've had in a timely fashion, and since being here I may have had to ask for 2 small things. They have trash pickup at your doorstep which is very nice. There are full size washers and dryers in the unit as well. Over the past few months they also have shown appreciation to residents by having breakfast and pizza offered at the gate along with activities.Overall I would recommend these apartments over others in the surrounding area.

If I could move out now I would. This place is super overpriced and they fool you with the model apartment they show. I won't bother to go in to details about how ridiculous it is. Upscale projects. The choice in residents suck. You do better saving for a deposit on a house at these prices. Not worth it!!! Hate it here. This 1br sucks.

EVERYTHING at Indigo has improved greatly. We were please to live there 2.5 years but had to move for work. The only problems left to address were the trash (water during rain washes the funk from the trash container across the parking lot, they need to install a drain in the enclosure) and the residents; it seems to me that there are still some section 8 people left over from the previous management and they are always 'hanging out' instead of going to work. It is better than before as it seemed that the section 8 people had a connection with the previous management; the leftovers still play their music from the car thumping and bumping and they speed through the complex. I know the new management is working hard to bring the place up to a very high standard. Also would have like to have had "adult swim" time (0600-1000) in the pool early in the day when no kids under 18 are allowed. The management worked with on on several issues and all were resolved in a timely fashion.
