I've been coming here since I got my first pair of glasses in 2003. The newer staff tend to be rude while the more experienced receptionist are sweet, lovely, and professional. The optometrist is very professional and always remembers his clients. Would definitely recommend.

I have been there multiple times. Great staff Opthomologist is extremely personable and offers treatment options. Large selection of frames. They take most insurances. If your on a budget they do have deals. They will also research your benefits and explain them to you so you can make the best choices. They also offer contact lenses.

I really like this eye doctor, but now am planning to change to another. The receptionist just told me having broken glasses does not qualify as an urgent situation, and scolded me for not having a back up pair. I really can't wait weeks to be able to see again.

Dr. Hager is very thorough in his examination. He takes time and explains your eyes with you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Siler Crossing Vision Center.

Oh Siler Crossing Vision Center, where do I begin. Perhaps with the contacts that were not my prescription, maybe the glasses that didn't fit, the no refund or help policy I received when I asked about the prescription and wrong sized glasses, or how the glasses simply broke after wearing them a total of three weeks because they couldn't stay on my face. But this is all just peanuts when I consider that I blew over two hundred dollars here. I'm not afraid to admit I am not a rich man and that this was an investment for a young man living on his own, so I expected a certain level of quality as this clinic was suggested to me by friends. But this was not the case. I only write this review to say that I was very displeased with my experience and (lack of) customer service here. I hope others see this and are made aware of the unpleasantries that lay ahead if you chose Siler Crossing Vision Center as your eye care provider.
