Believe it or not but I was the first customer at this location when they first opened. I have been through several ups and downs with this service provider. I've left and came back when the management changes and, regrettably referred several people to have their cars serviced here. Now, it is at a low point again. In my last three visits with three different vehicles, they have "discovered" a tire issue that cannot be resolved without a purchase of a new tire. When achieving a second opinion, the other service company has not found that problem. I lack confidence in the integrity of the service advisers and will be taking my vehicles to another provider. AAA Car Care prices are higher(after the members discount) than other service providers with the same warranty on service. Their tire prices are at the point of gouging. Perhaps, there is an issue with AAA, because they have changed their basic membership rules and pushed what we used to have to higher priced levels. I've researched alternatives and will pursue a change at renewal time. Unfortunately, all great companies lose focus on the one thing that keeps them in business.their customer! AAA Carolinas is not an exception.

II took my Honda Odyssey to this place on July 3 as was recommended by the AAA towing guy , but i had a really really bad experience , they told me that the Engine was damage and need it to replace,as the damage was the timing belt so i took it to other garage no just to find out that the engine was in good condition if not that they left everything open and damage few extra parts that need it to replace and cost me around $300 on top of the timing belt repair plus damage my passenger driving leather seat with son quimical that the may drop on the seat,, so unprofessional , no recommended to anyone ,

I called and spoke with Stephanie. She was extremely helpful and patient while getting me a new policy for my 3 cars. And My rate was much better than it was with Geico!! We ran into a few strange issues but she always had multiple solutions! I've never had such a great experience obtaining a new policy!

Scott and the mechanics were friendly, helpful, and very fair with pricing. I had 3 lock nut studs shear and they did a fantastic analysis of influenced parts and necessary repairs. Scott walked me through the needed repairs and taught me a bit about the root cause failure, part design, and identification of compromised components.

Despite being busy, Scott acknowledged we were traveling for the holidays and was flexible in fitting us into their schedule. Numerous discoverable items (damaged bearings and broken ABS sensor) caused some delay in the repairs but charges weren't incurred for the extra work.

Would highly recommend if you are traveling and are in a pickle!

Went for Oil change with $15 off coupon but still I have to pay $34.99 before tax n fees. This is too much even for members. I went straight to NBT and get oil change for $19.99 without coupon as they always offer this price with tire rotation, battery check and tire alignment . Definitely not the service aaa can offer on other stuff. These 2 star only because of amount of oil change price.

Still unsure about the rating to place on the workmanship at this location. The drop off of my jeep went well, friendly staff, good follow up phone call, however, I am not sure the diagnosis was complete. At the cost of a diagnostic check, (which the customer pays for,) it should determine what is going on. My check engine light was on and it coughed and choked and would not keep running. I had it towed in, $600 later I pick it up & 5 miles down the road the check engine light comes back on, along with vibration. Shop is closed today. Hope they honor their service and find the problem. I do not want to find myself sitting on the side of the road again. The rating will follow.
