Excellent job by all staff! My daughter had a piece of glass in her foot that needed to be cut out. Kathleen who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. The nurse Audrey made the situation very relaxed for my daughter who was uneasy about having her foot sliced open. She succeeded in putting humor into the situation. Dr Luo was very patient and was able to get the tiny piece of glass out. What could have been a tramatic experience for my daughter was actually a pleasant experience for her. Thank you to all the staff!

I loved coming here and had such a great experience with Dr. Tram Lam. Recently I've seen Dr. Urbi a handful of times and always leave so frustrated. He does not listen and I feel like he determines what he is going to diagnose and pins it on you. my 5 year old has had walking pneumonia in the past and it did not slow him down in the slightest- yet every time we see Dr. Urbi he will mention to me how he seems to have lots of energy like he is questioning me bringing him in. He's very condescending. I get the whole anitibiotic resistance thing but my entire family has gone to him on several occasions and ended up going back to the doctor because of continued illness just to get the anitbiotic script that was needed in the first place. I will miss you Dr. Tram Lam but I am not taking my chances here anymore!

I have only been to this urgent care twice with at least 1 year span in between. This place is a joke. The first time I took my son in for ear infection symptoms and nurse was certainly not child friendly. This time I went in for myself and husband having strep symptoms (pretty common illnesses, right?). Nurse was ok but doctor Luo's exam of symptoms and complaints was less than sub par. I didn't see him wash his hands once, not between examining my husband and I, not when entering or exiting exam room. Not clean, not thorough, not safe, not professional.

Bad place. Susan Baxter messed up my daughters diagnosis. Just a place looking out for money. Staff supervisors Mary and TJ don't call back. Don't go here!

If it was possible I would not give there urgent care no star. When a nurses can decide what person go's next. It does not matter how long you have been waiting or who was there first to them. My question is if the nurse can say who needs to be seen first why do they even have doctors. There nurse makes all the calls. It's sad to say but the one time they TREAT you with respect is when there doing surveys about their service.

Always had great service here. Sometimes takes longer than it should but I get in and get out in a pretty reasonable time. The building overall is nice and clean. And the staff are nice and patient. It's nice to have an UnityPoint Urgent care that's so close by.

My doctor takes her time to answer my questions. They have WiFi, waiting room is clean. The staff is polite and mostly friendly.

I went in to see if I had strep throat and came out with an ear infection. The strep results came back as negative and she checked my ears and recommended I get an ear wash. So I say, "why not?" An uneducated looking nurse comes in to clean my ear and drills this spray bottle in my ear so hard while I'm cringing in pain and getting vertigo while just sitting there. I knew something was wrong. The doctor came back in and said everything looked good and I was on my way. My right ear didn't drain for a while after that and my hearing was worse. I couldn't sleep this night because my ear hurt so bad. I then show up the next morning to a different doctor and explain my situation. The people there kept acting like they were in the wrong and I knew they knew they had screwed up. He then proceeds to tell me I had trauma in my ear drum but never admitted or said sorry or anything that this place caused it!!! He prescribed me amoxicillin and some ear drops. So yeah that was my visit. Don't ever go to this place even if you were in the worst emergency imaginable. I would drive right past this place everytime. Screw you unitypoint.

Been a client here since 2010. My doctor is honest about my health and ensures that I am well informed on what I should be doing. She promotes my wellness and makes sounds judgement on my conditions and prescribed medications. The staff is great and my nurse has outstanding communication skills. I used the MyChart app to ask non-emergency questions about my health and get quick responses and to refill medication. I am offered a printed summary at check out. They do have a tendency to get busy, but to me that just makes them a good choice.

Went in because i needed urgent care for what later was diagnosed as a kidney stone but had to wait two hours to see anyone for them to tell me that they couldn't help me. Sorry but two hour wait is not urgent care
