Great food with gluten free options and the service was really good. Short walk from here to a Steelers or Pirates game. Fun atmosphere. I would definitely eat here again. TRY THE NACHOS!

Sports, great food, friendly service. We love snagging a table outside in good weather. My sister has to come here every time she visits Pittsburgh. The kind of place you can’t go wrong

Very cool design inside. Bathrooms have one way glass and you can see into the restaurant while taking a leak. Its kinda weird, but cool. Food was good. Service was slow but it was busy.

We had an awesome time! Food was great, atmosphere was great, service was great. Couldn’t ask for a better birthday weekend.
Brian was our server in the Private Owner’s Box. He was so amazing and was a joy to have around. He went above and beyond. We appreciate you Brian. Can’t wait to visit again.response / report this review -

Food standard Sports Grill. Wait SERVICE great. However, I fell in by the hostess desk because the floor was wet. One worker said I saw that coming. The other who i guess was cleaning it but walked away from it without coning it off said yeah I was coming back to it. DUH people. I will feel it in the morning for sure. $10 Bloody Mary in a plastic cup was extremely disappointing. Laughable at best Pirogies were deep fried? Isn’t that a crime in Pittsburgh? Who deep fries pirogies??? Will never eat here again. Management could care less about our experience and our server said “there is a reason it’s my last day!” Don’t waste your money here. Trust me

The experience was the reason for 2 stars. The food was cold when we got it after 2.5 hours of waiting. The management in the kitchen should not be in the position they have. The food should have been out 20 minutes before. The " Hall of Famer" burger was charred on the outside but under cooked. We ordered the burgers with cheese that has yet to be found. Tater tots and French fries that are cold are not the way to serve them. Our waitress Deidre was the saving grace. She was very professional and courteous. She saved our Pittsburgh Steelers experience.

If you are looking for a place with a good location named after a famous football player go here. If you want to eat or drink go elsewhere. Waited for an hour to get a seat, not a problem it's right next to a park. We were seated but once we sat down there were twenty empty tables. Service started out okay, tried to bring us two of the same appetizers. Place was dirty, cobwebs, dirty glasses. Meals didn't come until 45 minutes after appetizers. Food was cold, had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Chicken was tough , overcooked and there was hot sauce all over the plate. Fries were called crispy fries but we're mushy. Wife had the sliders there were supposed to be 4 but only came with three, one was missing the bun, they were cold and served with "signature sauce".mustard. Mac and cheese for the side was cold. Server didn't want to come back after we had to ask if everything was okay with our order. Seriously disappointed after getting rave reviews about this restaurant.

Did not eat here, but the beer selection was good. Tons of tvs with all the sporting events you can imagine. Cool location right on the rivers as well, with a nice patio area.

It was nothing like I thought it would be. My burger was not done to the way I ordered it and the waiter could of cared less when I complained. I won't go back that's for sure You can tell a place is not being taken care of when the bathrooms at noon are covered in pee and no toilet paper. Bettis's will probably go under within a year.

Service was terrible! We waited over an hour for our food and the restaurant was not busy at all. No refills were given by our waiter. I twice had to walk to the fountain myself to get my own refill. By the time the food came it was all cold. I had to ask another waiter to get our check for us because our waiter was nowhere to be found. Overpriced and horrible service. Don't waste your time.

Our 2nd time here but this time we brought 5 more family members. We love this place. The food is amazing as well as the service. Always hit here before we go back to Akron Ohio

Went here on my visit to Pittsburgh. Very nice place located a short walk from Heinz Field. The staff were very friendly and professional and the food was very good. It is a little bit pricey but well worth the money spent. Good place to grab some food and drinks and watch some sports.
