Great selection on shoes and decent coupons, I am sure this is why people come. Bad service, a couple of girls are chitchating at cash register without helping a customer, finally they are helping the customer, but they still carrying on their personal conversation. I can't believe people get paid to provide bad services like this.
For me, the problem is their sale signs are often misplaced, of course they are, because people are not working they are too busy chitchating.
I shouldn't be mean about everyone there. There was a guy helping us with higher up stuff. He is nice.

Loved this shoe store! It had such a variety and had everything I was looking for. I bought my boyfriend his favorite pair of "fashion" work shoes from here. Jacob was a big help with sizing and showing me around the store.

Shoe station is absolutely amazing! As soon as you walk in there they greet you by the doors and will help you immediately if you're looking for a certain shoe, boot, etc. the staff members are very respectful and polite and all they want to do is put a smile on your face and new shoes on your feet. Come on by shoe station and get the best shoes in the world!

Good selection of shoes in size 14 at fair prices. Will be going back. The store was clean and orderly and I prefer to try my shoes on in person versus ordering online.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. I asked for help finding a shoe that had been purchased from the store a few weeks prior only to be told initially that they do not carry the shoe. Another associate was called and he was able to find the shoe but the size we needed was not in stock but I was told it would be no problem to order them and have them shipped in time for Father's Day. Went to checkout with the previous associate that proceeded to tell me that the show was not able to be purchased and shipped because she had not heard back about the availability of the shoe at other locations. I decided to purchase another shoe I had found only to be told that I could not use a valid coupon because it did not come from their app! I will never purchase anything from this location again and will not recommend this store to anyone.

I work in healthcare and get all my shoes there. Usually new balance but now Nike . My biggest complaint is the poor poor selection of Nike and especially Sketchers in wide widths none ever there! Buy all my yellow box flip flops there love thst selection ! Please more wide withs !!!

I've been shopping at Shoe Station for years. Today Stan, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer. He helped me with a return that was difficult and did so in a professional manner. This just solidifies why I will forever be a Shoe Station customer.

Great place for shoes. If they don't have your size they will have them delivered from another store at no extra cost. To your house not the store. Nice.
