The guy who comes out to look at the vehicle is extremely rude and unprofessional. I spent $80 on a cleaning; and quite abbot of vacuuming was missed in my vehicle. When I pointed it out; I was told I should have been charged another 30 for vacuuming. Additionally, the don't move seats to clean. If it's up, it's updown is down. Regardless of anything else.

Overall, very rude and lazy staff. I wish zero stars were an option

Going down hill fast! My husband and I have used this vendor for years, but the quality of services has decline significantly. Wait times are so long that it would be much faster to just wash your own car!

Paid $130 to have the car detailed like new, I could have done the inside myself and it would have turned out better. Waste of money

Recently went here for the first time and was very disappointed. Paid $40 for the wash and wax and ended up coming home and spending another hour finishing cleaning the car because it was not done correctly there. I wasn't expecting a full detail or anything, but I was expecting the inside to be wiped thoroughly and not have sticky residue in the cup container. I also expected the inside of the door frames to be wiped. I keep my car pretty clean so they did not need to go crazy on it, just give the proper attention - which they did not do.

They also put the mats back in completely soaked. Perhaps they could have wiped them down quickly with a dry towel before putting them into the car. The trunk was basically untouched.

Perhaps I should have taken a more thorough look at the car before I left but I just expected more. I have better results for less money when I use the automated drive through washes around town, where I can get a tire shine and wax for $20.

If I do return to this establishment, it will be to get the cheapest quick wash done and then do the rest of the work at home. Even then, it may not be worth the wait and money.

Save your money and do it yourself. I have gone here several times and have been disappointed every time. Why do I go back? Because of the location. It's convenient. This time I'm done. I brought my new, week old van to get cleaned and get bugs off the front grill. I was so frustrated with the inside of the van that I missed the outside. The center console had coffee left from a spill and it wasn't wiped down. There were a few other areas that I asked them to wipe down that they missed. After he said he was done again, I actually had to ask for his rag to clean it myself because the coffee was still there. I have weather tech mats. They took them out and sprayed them. Do they shake the water off or lay them in the sun to dry. No, they put them back in the van wet. Just what I want, a mildew smell in my van after a week of buying. They also don't put any effort into putting the mats back in correctly. They threw them in and not even the right places or lined up. I guess I'm suppose to do it myself. Is it just me but if your not going to put them back in right, don't do it. I guess out of frustration I didn't look at the front of the van. As soon as I was done I pulled into the gas station across the street to fill up and I started walking around to look. There we're so many bugs, they didn't even touch them. No attempt to get them off. I went straight back and the young man was very nice and did what he should have done the first time. Of course he wanted to blame the other guys because they were supposed to do it. My question is if he was drying it and was the last one how could he let that go and not correct it.
