  If I could rate 0, I would. They are clearly a sales-driven shop, versus service-driven. Two issues:
  1. They recommended tire replacement, which I was skeptical about. I took our vehicle to another tire service center, and the other shop confirmed my suspicions, i.e. no replacement was needed.
  2. They defaulted to the highest cost option (or one of) for tires, making it seem as if that was the first, cheapest option, when it was nearly 3x the cost of the cheapest. We don't usually get cheapest, but to start so high is not honest practice.

  They have treated me exceptionally well every time. Several different vehicles I've brought through here to get tires on, and to get rotated. Great service and good prices.

  I came here on the advice of a Tallahassee native after having a negative experience somewhere else. Excellent customer service. They explained everything well and were clearly trustworthy. Definitely going here again!

  Discount Tire provided me with great customer service. I made an appointment online and was helped in a timely manner. The technician listened attentively to my concerns and assured me that they would get my car back on the road safely. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire if you have any concerns regarding your vehicles tires.

  This store stereotypes potential customers. I had a friend call to see if they install 26 inch tires. (He's white). They said yes to bring it in at that time. When I arrived to the location I was looked over and passed by every person there. When I finally got help I then was told that they can't install a wheel that size. By the way they saw my car as I entered the parking lot. Bottom line. If you are a minority and have a car or truck that "stands out" don't go here.

  Fantastic customer service. They even pulled my car up into the garage so that I wouldn't have to get soaked with it was pouring outside.

  I have been going here for years. Service is excellent. Prices are great. I never feel like they take advantage of their customers. It is the only place I go for tires.

  Excellent service. Bought 2 tires halfway across the US and they always provide great service no matter which location you are at. They even warned me that my 2 tires needed changing in about 10k miles so I could plan ahead. Another store would have tried to sell me new ones now!

  I have used this location for year because they have been proven to be honest and truthful in taking care of my cars. One two separate occasions they just plugged my tire at No Charge. Most places would have tried to sell me a tire. Ritchie and the crew are experts who give you honest advice and fair prices. If you are one of those people who are afraid of being taken advantage of I highly recommend this location
