Ismael was extremely helpful. I walked in, knew what I wanted, he gave recommendations and I walked out happy with my new balance shoes. He was very patient with me despite my running in at 345pm on a sunday 15 minutes before they closed. Great service.

Danielle was so knowledgeable about exactly what we needed due to our health. (Bad backs, knees, diabetes and wide feet)! She was very kind. My boyfriend and I both get anxious easily and she made finding what we needed so easy. We felt very comfortable and she helped me pick out what I would need when I come back with Christmas money and then summer sandals. Thank you so very much Danielle. Love the fact that there is a retail operation focused on Birkenstock. There is no in between with these sandals. You either love them or hate them. I love them.

This place is very difficult to locate being that they now have a new name called "Shoe District"..Anyway, they did go out of thier way to help me today, February 27th, 2017. Although they might have a limited selection if you are looking for a specialized shoe, they can locate it from outside of Tucson. Ben helped buy a pair of shoes and they are exactly what I wanted and has a lot of knowledge about the products. I will return to this location in the future.

I have always had a good experience in working with the staff. They are professional and have been very helpful. The only problem I have had is in not finding the shoe and color that I want. Seems like the inventory is not as large as other stores. Thanks.

I've always had good service here until my last visit the guy working was the most disinterested person in doing his job I've ever seen, the store has always fitted the shoes on me and my wife before this guy asked what size we wanted went and retrieved it and handed us the box, I need a larger size then they carry in the store so when I asked a question about the bigger sizes he went and got someone else that guy came and answered my one question then disappeared, I stood there wondering what was going on so I asked if he was coming back or what? the "salesman" just stood there uninvolved the entire time, my wife did find a shoe finally with the help of the other gut our main salesperson gave no input or advise as to what my wife would like better after she told him what was wrong. I did order a pair of shoes only to have them call two weeks later to say out of stock until end of august. Well I ordered online and the same shoe will be here in 6 days, I guess I am no longer a customer of that store.
