Great staff. Got full service car wash and state inspection. They took great care of mine and all the other vehicles being serviced. Total time was about 40 minutes.

I enjoy my membership; the crew is always pleasant and helpful. The equipment always does a great job. It will be great when COVID-19 is over and the finishing staff is able to come back into the assembly!!

The car wash itself was very good. I have an unlimited pass. However, I normally go to the one on Irvington in Midvale. Very disappointed when I came here and it took the attendants 5 minutes with no other cars to start the car wash machine. It took me 10 minutes to get just a car wash here which takes me 3 minutes at the other location. I'll stick to the one in midvale!!

From the time Mister Car Wash took over this location the service and quality control have been lacking. The wait times are excessive compared to their other locations. I have repeatedly had to ask them to redo parts of my vehicle after I look it over. I have spoken to the location management on numerous occasions but nothing ever changes. I stopped going there because of this. I have used the other Mister Car wash locations in other parts of Tucson and the service and quality have been outstanding. I haven't been back to this location on Kolb in over a year. So today I gave them another chance. Wait time was again longer than any other location and I had to have water spots removed and the windshield gone over again after my car was "ready." When I asked to speak with the location manager, out comes the same guy that has always been there. No wonder nothing has changed!! I can honestly say I won't be back to this location. Mister Car Wash Corporate, if you're reading this, you have a serious leadership issue at the Kolb Road location.

Went to my usual car wash place, but they told me they could only hand wax, so i went to Mister Car wash. I paid $60 for a machine wax that I had previously been told would buff out the oxidation on my clear coat. After an hour an a half of waitingI looked over my car and they hadn't done anything for the oxidation and they left the wax very "streaky." When I asked about it, the guy who did the wax had no idea about the process so he called the guy in charge of the area. He was helpful and explained that they needed compound which they don't do anymore but showed me how it would look with it. So I asked why he didn't just use the compound and he got what I assume is the manager. He explained it to me again, but I told him they had compound and that they used it, on one spot, and asked why a $60 wash did not remove the bugshe went ahead and used the compound on the hood and it looked way better and they cleaned the bugs. Wish I could rate them separately him and the guy in charge of the detail area would be 4 stars. But I will never be going back there again.

I got my truck washed a couple of weeks ago, everything was great (diff location). I am here now at the Kolb and Golflinks location and was just
told "the add on prices have gone up since the beginning of March" I have a membership! I never received an email or notice that prices were going up This location has really gone downhill too. I constantly have to ask people to "finish" cleaning my truck properly. The whole reason I have a membership is to get the bugs cleaned off after a long road trip.

Prices continue to rise, and quality continues to drop. Old management was stellar and you could see it in every employee,. Once this place changed to "Mister", its been on the decline.

How hard is it to put floor-mats back on correctly?
Cancelled the 4 day guarantee randomly with out telling customers?

Take some darn pride in what you do. Starts from the top down.

2 stars as they have some good locations, and finally have stopped sending people on the street flipping signs.

Excellent car wash. All the workers are great and friendly and they always do an excellent job! I buy the monthly pass because of it. If you're going to a car wash, this is the place to go!

Great price! Not pushy for extra services! Awesome service! 15 minute exterior wash, hand dry, wheels done and it's bright and Shiney! Great job people's!
