The best hotel I've been to. They treat you like royalty. I did not have to drive in Atlanta crazy traffic, they have a van that will take you wherever you want to go. When I was ready to go home they came immediately. I was very surprised because it was traffic in Atlanta. I also love their customer service, they make sure you're first. If I could give ten stars I would.
This place needs serious renovations. During four nights stay my furnace got stuck in heat mode twice! The water pressure in the shower is capable of cutting through thin skin, so make sure you protect your more sensitive parts. Got stuck in an elevator once, although for only 15 seconds. For the first three days the parking gates would let anyone in or out without a single proof. Come prepared with earplugs, because you are going to hear your neighbor as well as the party downstairs. On the positive side, very friendly staff, especially in the Concierge Lounge.
Comfortable rooms, very well-appointed, friendly staff, and nice meeting rooms. Was always very clean, had no complaints the entire weekend I stayed. Food and drinks at the bar were delicious. Would definitely recommend.
The ladies that checked us in were very nice and professional and the lobby is very updated and smelled great. They also have a great bar/restaurant onsite. However, it costs $12 a day to park there and the parking lot is empty. Also, for a 4 star hotel, the room was very small and under-impressive. The toiletries were so awful smelling that they almost made me sick. I would say this hotel, as far as rooms go, would be a 2.5 star. The property and employees were 4 star.
The room was amazing. I slept very well which is what I needed. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because the room did not have a fridge nor microwave. I feel that with a room being 4 star rated it should have come with these amenities. Overall however the stay was great.
The Atlanta Marriott Northwest Galleria is an excellent property. The lobby is updated, bright and inviting. The restaurant has couches and comfortable chairs to lounge in at the end of the day. The rooms are updated and comfortable. I always try to stay at this property when I'm in market. I'd recommend it to everyone
Excellent service at Atlanta Marriott Northwest..
Very impressed with the professionalism & kindness of all the staff. The BEST!!! They made me feel at home with my family while I worked during Hurricane IrmaThanks from an Assurant Insurance Miami employee 👍 ❤ :) Housekeeping, front desk, food services & shuttle employees are AWESOME!!! GOD BLESS TO ALL!!! ;)
This is a hard one to rate. It's a fine hotel, but not up to the Marriott standards. Apparently the largest room they could offer was a double double No suites. Everything feels a bit old, but it's clean. Heavily chlorinated indoor/outdoor pool. Staff was friendly. Great proximity to SunTrust stadium. Easy walk to see a braves game and you don't have to fight the car traffic. It's worth staying there for that reason alone.
The attention to detail at this hotel is unlike any I have stayed at before. From the remote sitting end up in front of the TV as if it was ready to accept your command to the shower head pointed towards the inside wall so it doesn't spray you. This is indeed a hotel that cares about your stay. The bar/lounge was great. The people who work there are respectful and treat you like a friend.
The air conditioning works great against this Georgia heat!
They offer valet parking but it isn't forced. Some places I have stayed I made me feel like I was sub-human if I didn't want to pay for valet parking. Not here!
This hotel is very modern and the layout is easy to navigate. This is a large hotel so that is saying something.
It appears to be very clean. I even moved the furniture to make sure there wasn't trash under there (out of sight out of mind).
There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. Very happy with our stay.
Great hotel with nothing less than 5 star service. Their Sales Manager, Taneisha, is absolutely amazing and went well above and beyond after learning that we were having a semi-family reunion in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Great location to the Braves games, Galleria mall, 15 min to Six Flags. Close to Costco, and other shopping options. Rooms were comfortable, nice beds. Need more regular coffee, creamer, and sugar in rooms. Pool and spa needs RENOVATION, paint chipping all over in and out. Sharp spots on bottom, doesn't feel safe. Love the fruit infused water
The hotel was nice and very well-kept. The room was clean and comfortable and the TV was enormous and a smart TV, so my daughter loved being able to sign into our Netflix. The bar had a nice ambiance. We ordered room service and it was tasty. (But wish I'd noticed the automatic 20% gratuity before tipping another 20%). The pool/workout area was nice. The only complaint I have is the $12 per night parking fee. The hotel is located in what appears to be an office park (not exactly a prime parking area). Also, it's an ordinary hotel lot (not a garage), so it seemed a bit ridiculous to charge for parking.
The beds are nice. Better prices on price line. But now they require 100 dollar deposit and 12 for parking in their own private parking lot ! That is uncalled for. Is this an Atlanta thing ?
The Marriott Northwest at Galleria is a good full service Marriott. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The one thing I can say has gotten worse is the concierge lounge. The food they provide has been reduced. They still have some decent items but not as many options or quality as before
