Great place if you're strictly interested in hanging on the beach. Good views and huge beach! We have a young family so couldn't spend the whole day on the beach. In looking for things to do nearby we struggled to find much and ended up leaving and heading back to Orlando for the remainder of our Florida stay.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff, and I mean all the staff, welcomed us everyday and everyone we enter as well as excited the hotel. David the amazing front desk associate that checked us in was friendly, warm, and funny. He was delightful and deserves a customer service award for the help he provided us at check in and whenever we had any questions related to the area or food, as well as transportion alternatives. The hotel itself is quite clean, smells better than any other hotel I have stayed in, and had great amenities. Rusty's Bistro had great service and great food. Having something different every other day for the buffet was a treat. The hotel room was spacious, with beautiful views and soft linens that helps anyone fall to sleep or relax in a jiffy. Would stay here again when we travel back to Clearwater.

Great location, has a private beach and nice pool area, however the hotel needs some renovation and the room is pretty small. The gym is not open 24 hrs. There is no tall mirror in the room and you can clearly hear outside inside. I had a package delivered to the hotel and got charged for $15 as a handling fee. I expected accepting a package for guest is free because I never got charged at other hotels. And when I called before I arrived about whether they can accept packages, I was not informed of the charge.

Haven't been here long but everyone has been amazing! Friendly, helpful, happy. Room is lovely & large. Food was delicious! Topped it all off with a walk on the beach. Doesn't get better than that!

Nice hotel. Very clean. Love the pool & fire pit. Nice view of the sunset and direct access to the beach. We ate at one of the restaurants inside. Pretty good & not crazy expensive. If I could suggest one thing it would be to put a mini fridge in all of the rooms. That's the only thing I was missing. We will stay here again!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 10 Wedding Anniversary in Clearwater and stayed here at the Sheraton. I was very impressed with the facility. It was very upscale and offered a great deal of amenities. The photos on the website does not do this place justiceit is amazing!!!! The staff was made aware of our anniversary prior to our arrival, we were surprised with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne inside of our room. Everyone was extremely nice and we had an opportunity to dine at every restaurant and would highly recommend Rusty's as well as the others. The pool area was also wonderful and we'll kept. Our room was phenomenal and clean!!!! I plan to return to this location again!!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Really nice place with the friendliest staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful and just great people. Some might complain about the walk down to the beach, but I personally loved it. Great exercise. They do offer a golf cart lift if you need it. We will be back.

Excellent 4 star property. Happy with value for spg points redemption at 2.3 cents / point in peak season. Treated well as platinum. Perfect for a weekend with lots of beach activities. Short 5 minute drive to night life. Would stay here again.

The rooms are nice. I've stayed in a double twin bedroom. The bed's sheets were okay, not amazing like some of other hotels I've been, but it's fine. There's a pool where people can swim until late at night. Also the hotel is at the beach which is a plus. Other than that, I think the lights in the bedroom were too dimmed. I wish it had a brighter light in there. I believe it's an amazing hotel to spend the vacations.

I was attending a conference at this hotel and stayed one night only. The hotel is a fine hotel, and the rooms are well-kept. Conference series are nice and the food is good. Did not have much time to enjoy the amenities such as the beach or pool. But they did have a nice fire pit. Would recommend for business her family events.

Our window view was of the roof, and we could smell the restaurants below when we went onto our balcony. However, the room was very clean and nice. The restaurant (for breakfast) was fantastic. They even had gluten free options, like French toast. I wish it was a little closer to the beach, you have to walk quite far from the hotel. But the pool is great and never seemed too crowded. Our kids also enjoyed the fire pit.

I love this place. Been here many times. Love the beach, the rooms, the view, the staff. Highly recommend. Beach is long and is a bit of a walk, parking can be difficult at times. Only downside is too.many non guests using amenities and too many chairs reserved well before pool opens
