Lovely unit with a kitchen at a great rate. Clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. They allow late check-in times without any hassle whatsoever. I had a quiet restful sleep with the room temp just right. Solid continental breakfast. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Clearwater downtown area.

Stayed 5 nights at thins location. As expected from the chain. Pet friendly 3 floors and below. Â Had no problems from check in to check out. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Internet was degraded when full from FRI - SUN so be aware of that. Other nights of the weekday there was no problem. Free breakfast and managers nights MON - WED. Was only 2.7 miles from Clearwater beach, which was a nice run from the hotel for you runners like me out there. No jacuzzi, but a nice pool and exercise room with good set of free weights 2 treadmills etc I would stay here again but on a higher floor away from the laundry room. 2 days I worked from room and heard the giant washers spin cycle. But that is only during the days. No problems at night. Video on YouTube Channel. Thanks for reading.

Overall this was a pretty good experience. The TV had Netflix and other streaming media which was really nice, there was an oven, oventop, microwave, and coffee maker with provided coffee along with other items such as popcorn. The room service was decent, and the employees weren't very helpful in general, but we didn't encounter them office so that wasn't too much of a problem. The continental breakfast was actually pretty good, and the place was easy to get out of and into the rest of Clearwater. So all in all, a pretty good experience, I would definitely recommend staying here

Spacious clean room which included a full kitchenette and suite style seating area. Only a couple of miles from the beach in Clearwater. The full and included breakfast service was excellent as well. Enjoyed our stay!

Just wow! I loved everything about this place. The room was just beautiful. I also had a breath taking view and the pool water was warm. Breakfast was more than what I expected. Lots of different variaties to choose from at the mini buffet. I highly recommend this hotel.

We live close to the Clearwater Residence Inn and needed to stay there for a few days following the devastation of Hurricane Irma. It was everything one would expect from a Residence (clean, efficient, comfortable and loaded with resources). In this case, following the disaster, I must say what a fantastic job the staff did to keep things going smoothly amid the crisis and turmoil. Each staff member we ran into conducted themselves with class, patience, understanding, poise and grace. Knowing full well how frustrating it could be answering the same dam questions time and time again, they went above and beyond reasonable expectations. I truly admired how they conducted themselves and should all be commended and given a big fat raise, and transferred to corporate training and development. Specifically (but not limited to) Randall & Vanessa at the front desk and Julian (Manager) handled each individual guest with the utmost respect and tried to help with everyone’s unique situations. Very impressive!

Wow! When you travel a lot like us and visit places and love the beachthis is a MUST. The team at Residence Inn Clearwater Downtown is the BEST SO FAR!!!!! I called 2 hours prior my arrival and Vanessa was extremely helpful. We requested early check in and she took care of everything. We showed up at 11AM and 40 minutes lates, we had our AMAZING and CLEAN room ready! :) I highly recommend the hotel.WOW..Julian and Angela sent me a little something to celebrate my birthday with my family. Debbie and team-my room was the best, clean, fresh, on pointThe girls in the breakfast area, the best. They took care of our request regarding boiling milk immediately. If you want to have an outstanding experience in Clearwater, visit The Residence Inn Clearwater Downtown. They will not disappoint! :)

I usually have great experiences at Marriotts but this hotel was exceptional. The staff makes you feel as family by the end of your stay. I also enjoyed the complementary happy hours and the hot breakfast in the morning. The rooms were larger than I anticipated and quite comfortable. I'm hoping future stays at other hotels are as accommodating as this one.

This is our second stay at the Residence Inn Clearwater Downtown. Just as before, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating during our stay. If we did have a concern and/or a need it was addressed immediately. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the room was not as clean as our first stay (which is why I did not give our stay 5 stars). There was a great deal of debris on the floor around the refrigerator, the dishes were dirty, old items were left in the cabinets and the blankets were a bit old and worn. That said, everything was addressed by the staff immediately when it was brought to their attention. The continental breakfast provides a good amount of hot and cold items from which to choose. The pool is a bit small, but is nice. The work out room provides enough for a good work out and I was told new equipment was on the way. The beach is only a few miles over the bridge with travel time by car approximately 10-15 minutes. There is also a trolley which travels to the beach from downtown. We travel with our pups and the staff treated them just like family. There is a great park behind the hotel for a nice dog walk; however, there is some questionable activity in and around the park from time to time. Overall, our stay was very nice, the staff was amazing (which makes up for some very MINOR inconveniences) and we would absolutely return for future visits. I would also be remiss if I did not mention the amazing IVAN & DEBBIE who always make you feel right at home!

Only stayed one night..wish I would have been able to stay longer! Friendly staff. Ivan at the front desk made us feel very Welcome and Special! Even remembered us by name! Very Clean! Full size fridge, stove, dishes, microwave, even a dishwasher. Just a jump to the beach! Me & the wife used to pay full price to stay on Clearwater Beach. No need to ever again! Thanks Residence Inn! We'll be back! Dave n Deb.

Was very happy with our stay! Came with a full kitchen very clean. Had a nice pool with hot water. Hot breakfast witch was pretty awesome. Used name brand toiletries. Would definitely stay again.
