Great location & service for a big convention at the Hynes Center. Skip housekeeping & reuse your towel for a daily $10. Coupon great for breakfast off the lobby. Great reward for being environment friendly. Yes, we'll leave a tip for the housekeeper anyway.
My sister was in town for work, and was staying at the hotel. We got together for dinner, and ended up back at her room to talk and catch up. The room was clean and nice, with a great view. The only downside was that the configuration of the bathroom was not ideal, but they were working with a small space so I suppose there weren't many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to out-of-town guests!
Okay event center a bit stingy with the coffee and beer. Rooms are fine available in lots of sizes. Seems that they keep the temperature a little too low. Layout of space is good easy to get from place to place. Good shopping outside.
This hotel has some nice rooms and the staff is friendly. The amenities are fine as well, though I didn't make much use of them during my stay. My room was near the elevators and I could hear their motors (not their bells) running all night long. They were the loudest I've heard before. Our toilet was in need of some simple repair and the first night we had only one bar of soap for two beds, which was a little weird. I attended a conference at the hotel and the room for one of our meetings didn't seal properly, so we could hear the loud speeches from next door. They were quite distracting. Otherwise the hotel is in a great location and the rooms were comfortable enough. I never felt the need to complain, it's just the little things added up after a while.
Solid business hotel. My room was a bit dated, with a weird little few inch step up into the small bathroom. A/C adequate, but I prefer to have the ability to keep the fan going overnigh. The lounge was excellent. Always busy, friendly barkeeps, good selection. Location also a plus.
Pool and fitness center are very nice. The room is clean and has a bathtub which I always prefer. It is super convenient to everything location-wise.
Good location attached to the Prudential Center. Nice large pool and gym. Friendly staff. Our only gripe was we forgot our toothbrushes at home so called down to front desk to request a couple. We made three calls and every person said they would bring a couple up. No one ever came. Finally walked down ourselves and the person there simply opened his drawer and handed us two. It wouldn't have bothered us if we only called once but three times! Other than that I would stay again.
Very nice hotel. Front desk is very kind and helpful. Cleaning crew forgot trash bags in cans. And tries to force themselves into the rooms to clean instead of respecting privacy.
The hotel is located in a great place. There is the Prudential center right next to it where you can find shopping and food. It is located close to Newbury St. Which is where all the great shopping places are.
Apart from this The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing
The staff was very accommodating, especially Desiree and the other check in staff. The pool was fantastic. The workout area was equally as nice. The north tower's rooms are dated and worn but I suspect they will be improving those as nicely as the south tower rooms. The location was perfect and I would stay here again mainly because of the staff and location.
Location was perfect with good access to public transportation. Parking in the public lot was not reimbursed and is costly. The hotel does not have their own parking lot. The room was clean and odorless. Complementary water bottle was given. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. Overall a good experience except for the parking situation which we did not know about.
The location is great. Rooms are clean as expected. I do have to say what you get for the price should honestly be re-evaluated. These rooms are tiny and very cramped. Water pressure is almost non existent. On a final positive note the staff are so friendly it's still worth the stay.
Stayed overnight. Standard room. Needed to switch rooms once we got there. They took care of us. No problem at all. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was cramped, but I guess that's to be expected. Price was a little high, I thought ($200+ a night) but that's Boston, I guess. Everything is a little more pricey than it should be there. Overall the stay at the hotel was good. No real complaints
The Sheraton was a great hotel. I did not stay overnight, but attended a two-day conference held in one of the meeting rooms. The staff was the best out there. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. The venue was also well placed and allowed easy access to a number of very good restaurants within walking distance.
I found the Sheraton to be very good overall with a few minor issues. Rooms were clean and quiet for a busy hotel. Location is great for out of town guests, attached to the Prudential Center with a number of good dining options and ready access to mass transit. Pool hours are long, making it easy to fit in a dip. I opted not to pay extra for the WiFi, which was not included with my third party booking -- I always dislike when hotels charge for that. Parking is convenient but extremely expensive, as is typical in Boston.
