There is simply no comparison to the attention to detail that Amy Finsilver and her team put forth for their guests. I have stayed at the XV Beacon several times now, and they truly are a remarkable team. They take the guest experience up from all other hotels in and around Boston. I just stayed there 2 weeks ago with my 9 year old son as we were in town to (once again ) enjoy another Patriots win, and they made us feel like we were the only guests they had! From the personalized hot chocolate chip cookies waiting for us on the nightstand, to the perfect Lunch , Dinner and Breakfast at MOO, you must reward yourself the next time you're in Boston and stay at XV Beacon. Way to go Amy!!!

This is one of the sexiest hotels i have ever stayed in. Small, quiet with all the amenities you need. Fireplace in the room along with sweet treats for our arrival. Gorgeous rooftop view. Great location.

This is a boutique hotel with very high-touch service. The staff is outstanding and attentive to the guests in every way. Car service was available to take us to various nearby destinations when we were unable to walk. The rooms are small but nicely appointed. The location is very convenient to the Boston Commons, the North End, Quincy Market, and TD Garden.

This 5 star hotel lives up to its rating. The service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the concierge, to the doormen. The rooms are small but appear to be recently remodeled. There is a fireplace and refrigerator. Bathroom has shower only. The room is quiet. There is a workout room and a rooftop garden area. A hotel car is provided for short trips. The location is within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Just stayed at the XV Beacon and their attention to detail was phenomenal. The room felt like home down to the personalized photo they had waiting on my nightstand.
I never write reviews but this place deserves the accolades. It's location is close to everything and it made my stay in Boston well worth the trip.
I highly recommend coming to Boston just to stay here.response / report this review -

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Very nice hotel Perhaps the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (I asked for an iron and ironing board at 6:15 AM and it was at my door no more than 2 minutes later) and the rooms are very modern. USB outlets next to bed are fantastic, and built in sound system in ceiling is a feature I'm surprised more hotels don't offer.
Like others have said, I found the shower a bit odd. The shower aid is very close to the glass door, and the door doesn't have a lot of sealant around the edges so after a short shower I stepped out and realized I flooded much of the bathroom.response / report this review -

In the heart of beacon hill- perfect location.. walking distance to sights, restaurants, shopping. King Studio beautiful room and very spacious. Service was fantastic- accommodating but not stuffy. Special thank you to Roy @ front desk.

Rooms are nicely appointed, but the hotel is small so there are limited lobby services (for example, no bar unless you go in the attached restaurant). Extensive in room private bar. Staff are friendly and greet as you pass by the front desk to enter and exit. Modern TV and sound system, WiFi worked as expected. Switch for "Privacy" or "Service" lights and a power plug inside the room safe is a nice touch
Taking a star off because our bed was very saggy and too soft. Also the bathroom shower head was too close to edge of glass partition, leaving water all over the floor.response / report this review -

I booked and stayed here 4th of July weekend. This place was better than imagined from the moment we arrived they made it a point to remember our names!
First off I had reached my daily limit on the credit card I wanted to pay with. The hotel manager accommodated my limit and the hotel charged me the remainder of the amount for deposit 24 hours later. This was great, as I was exhausted at check in.
Not only did we love the room/the room service service and restaurant but the place was very clean and it has lots of style.
I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again soon!response / report this review
