I live all the way in San Diego and I voluntarily drive two hours just to buy a car from I-10 Toyota. The staff there is very nice and they try their hardest to make a deal work. They accommodate to your financial needs and try their hardest to get what you want. Angela is the best and I won’t go anywhere else!

Frank Silvia was perfect. He greeted me properly, accurately explained what was to be done and made sure my service was finished within 30 minutes. The dealership also washed my car. I recommend I-10 with great enthusiasm.

Just dropped my car off for servicing and boy were they busy and it was only 8am! But the men walking towards me to assist me were so positive and kind. Walked inside to order breakfast and the gentleman cook was even kinder! It was an amazing experience for a Monday! :) thank you Chris! Diana! Jose my shuttle driver! Really like taking my car there. Frank Silva has always been so helpful and takes really good care of me--and everyone else In have witnessed. Shuttle service is convenient. They never gouge or upsell. Great folks!! Will continue using them and when ready to buy new, will definitely go back!

I received excellent customer service from the minute I arrived. Peter was great, he went above and beyond to help me. ( my car had broken down and had been towed in to the dealership). He greeted me the minute I arrived (even though I could see it was a busy time, right near closing, I didn't have to wait to be helped). He asked what happened and started helping me right away.
I was also pleased that they gave me a ride to my motel in the shuttle even though I arrived very close to their closing hours. The shuttle bus driver provided excellent customer service too.

Art was very efficient and professional. He was able to schedule me within 24 hrs. of my call, which was important because the Special on A/C maintenance expired today. When I asked if he could SMOG test my Car, he said "No problem" Turns out the machine was down, but he scheduled me for first thing in the morning. I am VERY SATISFIED all around !!

I always enjoy getting my car serviced at I-10 Toyota. I had an appointment for the 50,000 mile check. They got me to my service rep, he did the paperwork quickly. I waited for my car. And it took pretty much exactly what he said it would take. He told me the items they recommend I have done. Which I like. And had my car washed and I was out of there inside 2 hrs. It has a nice waiting area, with free coffee and donut holes. But I didn't have any. (health conscious)

I recently visited this place from out of town. And wanted to let everyone know how awesome this place is! I've been back and forth about the Toyota Highlander and decided to get more info so decided to stop in and check them out. Steven Patton helped me out tremendously! He answered all my questions and made me feel pretty comfortable with my decision on my next vehicle. He was very informative and had a great attitude, wasn't too pushy like other dealerships have been to me, WHICH IS A PLUS TO ME! But I will definitely be coming back to purchase in the near future.
