We recently had some smoke damage occur in our kitchen from an oven fire & one of our first calls was to SERVPRO. The team then promptly came out to our home to help us. This was not our 1st experience with them, but when dealing with our home and personal belongings we knew we needed the BEST. They did a great job of assessing the situation and providing information as to how the clean up process was going to go. They were so kind, going through the steps needed to fix the damage & being compassionate, going above & beyond for us.

During the recent heavy rainfall our sump pump was not able to keep up and flooded our entire finished basement. I called SERVPRO immediately and they showed up with a crew that was able to help us. They were able to get the carpet out quickly and prevent any further damage to the space. Their team was great and I would never hesitate to call them again.

We had a major soot issue in the basement at my sister’s house. When I walked in that first day, I didn't know where to turn with the mess. Soot webs everywhere! The SERVPRO of Yonkers crew came in and started the process of cleaning the walls, ceilings and all surfaces. I couldn't believe how wonderful it turned out. They were absolutely professional and very helpful with any concerns we had. I cannot recommend SERVPRO more and especially this crew! Thank you for making this awful mess go away!
