Scott was amazing. He showed up 5 am to help us out in crisis. We had a new dishwasher installed and it leaked all over our brand new floors and new kitchen cabinets. We were shocked to awaken to this water all over the kitchen. We called Servpro and got immediate assistance from the dispatch. Scott showed up with a smile on his face in the early morning hours to our rescue. I can’t thank him enough for taking care of the situation and putting our minds at ease. We are very pleased with the quick and efficient service provided by the team at SERVPRO of Naples/San Marco Island. They responded very quickly with a large team to stabilize the situation as quickly as possible. They were fully engaged in helping us address our issues with water damage in our home. Kevin took charge and kept us in the loop every step of the way. His experience and guidance made us feel that he "had our back" during this crisis time. Additionally, we really appreciated the whole team's involvement in addressing our problem. . After it was determined by an air quality company that we had severe mold we contacted SERV Pro to assess the seriousness of the mold. Kevin Rice was our project manager. He acted as our advocate getting us through this horrific situation the best way possible. Kevin was thorough,easily accessible, and always expedient in resolving our requests. ServPro arrived within a couple hours of our call for help regarding an A/C water leak while we were out of town for a week. They arrived in a big green truck filled with hi-tech equipment and immediately removed the wet carpet and set up dozens of blowers and dehumidifiers to dry everything. They had very accurate digital moisture detectors that they held against the wall and floor every few feet to know precisely what was wet and what was not. It took a few days to dry everything, and they used their special digital moisture detector to determine when it was dry enough. They were professional, hi-tech and very thorough. Their follow-up was excellent and all of the people in the house (Brian, Allen and James) and on the phone (Stephanie) were very courteous and responsive.
