These people are amazing! We feared for moisture problems after finding that the sump pump had failed. They came out after a long day to help the evening before thanksgiving. Checked the moisture levels and reassured us that everything was within tolerances. Professional and caring. Need help? Call them!

Amazing service Highly recommended. Hard to find companies that don't take advantage of dire situations. High integrity and ethical company. You'd be foolish to use anyone else when you find yourself in a situation that requires their type of service. I trust them completely and would recommend them to my friends and family!

These guys are great. We originally hired another service to clean up after we had a small fire in our basement, but the smell never went away. I was told by a friend to call Craig at ServiceMaster. He was very knowledgable and did a very thorough job of explaining to me why we still had the smell and what had to be done. Their crew came out quickly, and in a couple days the smell was gone. I definitley recommend them if you ever need their services!

Service Master by Viking have been amazing! After we had a fire start in our home, we called on Craig to come in and see if he could help us. Not only did they help get the restoration started on our home promptly but they have been very respectful of our privacy. Craig and his team has our best interest as their first priority. I cannot thank them enough for working tirelessly (in the heat) to get our house ready for reentry. I completely trust this company to help anyone suffering from a disaster in their home.

I can’t say enough good things about ServiceMaster By Viking. My elderly parents’ home in Lakewood had a pipe break in their upstairs bathroom and flooded out half of their home. Living an hour and a half away, I was very stressed about what to do. Their insurance agent recommended that I call ServiceMaster and said they were by far the best in the area. They really did a remarkable job of explaining the process of the work and the process of working with the insurance company. I really appreciate the extra efforts they made to accommodate the special needs of my parents. Having such a mess in their home was very upsetting to them, but the crew of ServiceMaster paid a lot of attention to theirs and mine concerns. They really made a stressful situation as smooth as it could be given the circumstances. I also can’t say enough good things about the quality of their work. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up the mess, drying up the water, and fixing the ceilings. In less than a week, they had my parents’ home fixed and their lives back to normal.

I personally have not used their services, but have seen their work and it is top notch! We will be retaining their services in the spring because we have damp basement walls and mildew. I am completely confident in their work from what I've seen.
