Overall, customer service was lacking in my experience with Secure Data Recovery. I had to initiate a majority of the phone calls, to check on the status of my case, emails that would take days to answer. I was promised a full recovery, paid a LOT of $, and the full recovery of my data didn’t happen. They then attempted to blame me for their shortcomings.

The ‘guarantee’ that they advertise is not much of one. You must read it closely. They guarantee that if that can’t recovery ANY data, then there is no charge. So in essence, 1 MB of data recovered, no matter how useless, is considered a partial recovery. This ‘recovered’ data could be any useless program file from windows etc.

All in all, if you are serious about recovering your data, I can not recommend this company.

After having multiple other companies, including the manufacturer, our phone provider, a computer/cell phone repair shop, and another data recovery company unable to assist me in retrieving the data from my damaged cell phone (all my pics, videos, texts, etc. of my son's first year of life) Jeremy Provchy and Secure Data Recovery came to my rescue! 100% of my lost data was retrieved and securely returned to me.

RAID 50 data recovery is a very tedious task with many difficulties along the way. When I contacted Secure Data Recovery Services I looked at the worse scenario possible. I was astonished to find out that the RAID 50 repair was a 92% success! It was my own fault because I totally forgot to call them a week before when I heard noises in the drives. Out of sight, out of mind and that’s what happened to me. Thank god for your services and team of experts!
