Ok. So this spot made it on to my lodging favorites list. Well my list only consists of two places. This and a little spot in Cork. I LOVE the layout of the place. The rooftop lounge area is exceptional! LOVE IT! The design of the room & the separation of the bed & sofa areas; great! The staff was all great. This is the only hotel I've been to where the complementary breakfast is made to order! Definitely worth the stay

We called driving on our way up to Amelia Island, I spoke to the most wonderful General Manager, who was getting ready to head off for her personal vacation yet truly made us feel treasured regardless of taking time from her vacation plans!! She gave us a Super Promotion the hotel was just starting, we ended up with a corner suite overlooking the ocean, massive windows all the way around! We could see the ocean from our bed!! When we arrived the young lady behind the front desk gave a warm welcome was very efficient and Happy! They also provided an awesome home cooked breakfast every day we stayed. The room was exceptionally clean, well taken care of, plenty of complimentary soaps/shampoos and towels with out even having to ask. Chamber maids and other staff just wonderfully happy and friendly. I can see why this gem does so well!! Just in front of the hotel is the Salty Pelican which has awesome food and killer drinks that are reasonable with a great friendly staff with live music! We sat on the beach with some cocktails at night on their deck, during the day we saw just about 1000 seagulls and other birds just sunning themselves on the sand. We visited Fort Clinch, Downtown area for lunch and dinners. The downtown area is just amazing, little shops new eclectic restaurants, cool little shops and bars/saloons all with a bit of history top speak of, the Centre street has all the trees lining the street lit up with little white lights all year round! We had a blast, had the best hotelier to bed down with and have already made new reservations for March for the Concour de Elegance', Cant Wait!! If you ever have the chance, please have an awesome relaxing and restful time here at The Seaside Amelia Inn!! Thank you for Rejuvenating Us! See you soon!! Georgia & John Goldstein

We have always stayed at another lodging establishment during our stays in area since 2010. That lodging was not available this time and after researching alternative, chose Amelia Seaside Inn. Friendly service, great Breakfast, right on beach. We enjoyed our stay and now have 2 great places to stay while in area.

Great location. Breakfast was awesome. Staff very friendly. Room comfortable. People above us stomped around all night long and walls were a little thin. Was a GREAT vacation spot

Smaller hotel right next to the beach. Great location and staff. Prices seem good for the area.

Day two. Have a great made to order breakfast. Good coffee. The secret is how they brew it. This proves you can still brew good coffee from a mediocre brand. Staff very friendly. Meet their chief engineer. He really has a passion for keeping this place up and running.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was right on the beach. The complimentary breakfast was great, the room was clean and the staff was great also. The only disappointment was the pool, it was clean but very small. We're used to a more resort style kiddie play area. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Hotel is right on the beach. The pool and sitting area is very nice. Room is a bit small but worked for our one night stay. Hotel was fairly clean so that's a plus.

We stayed here last month. The staff were great I do not think you can get much better for staff members, The breakfast was great a delivered to you with a smile and a happy attitude, Our room well in all fairness the room was tiny. The bathroom was small and really the furniture in the setting area needs thrown away it was old and very used, The carpet in that room felt grimy, It could use a rehabbing for sure, But I would stay there again. It was in a great location the hotel was great all in all, If they did a little bit of updating the rooms furniture I think it would be perfect, I can deal with the smaller living areas better than I can old furniture. I will be going back again to Amelia soon and more than likely I will stay here again,

I really enjoyed my visit here. I will definitely be back. Breakfast is made to order and you can walk right out the back door straight to the ocean. Quiet place with a very nice staff.

My wife and I spent a couple nights here in the spring. Wonderful location right on the beach for sunrises or just a few minutes' drive or bicycle to the local downtown. Room was not perfect cleanliness-wise, but it wasn't bad. It WAS good accommodation, though. Full kitchenette, including a full-size fridge. Great breakfast setup. And okay, the parking is tough, the roof deck isbasically just there to let them say that they have oneand the pool is tiny. But both my wife and I agreed we'd come back and stay longer. Wonderful place!
