As a prerequisite for a job, I had to schedule 2 appointments for 2 identification services. I was able to book them on 10-25 @ 2:30pm & 2:40pm with ease.
Alan was the consummate professional! He was kind, courteous, calming and even funny. He made me feel comfortable and I was in and out in 9 mins flat. (I even got chocolate candy on my way out!)
I would definitely recommend this location for any relevant services you may need. Alan is an asset and the process could not be anymore client friendly!response / report this review -

Fast and nice friendly place to go! I went for my I-9 verification but i also talked about my computer that has a virus. I will be back shortly to get it fixed. Thank you for your help!!

Stopped in to finish my i9 and was meet with excellent customer service. A friendly atmosphere and very welcoming environment. Typically don’t leave reviews but felt it was worth taking time out of my day to commend the exceptional experience. 5 stars

I went in early thinking I would have to wait half an hour for my appointment. I walked in and said I have an appointment for I9 and Fingerprint. I can't remember his name, but he said sign in and I told him but I'm early and he said it's okay as long as I have an appointment number. I was out quicker than it took me to drive there.

The staff was very helpful and patient. Their diagnostic fee was reasonable and they seemed to research the issue completely. They were not able to repair my device, but I was pleased to know for sure.
