I have been coming here for year. Guys at the counter are always helpful. Usually always have the parts I need. I brought my trimmer down with a broken throttle cable. They were able to take care of it under warranty. I appreciated that. Whomever did the work on the trimmer you can tell takes pride is his or her work. Runs perfect and it looks amazing. Great job everybody.

I've dealt with the manager, George Yandell for years. He is EXTREEMY knowledgeable in everything A&G sells.
Never do they "upsell" they just get you what you need.
I've never experienced wait times for parts either, they always have what I need in stock.

Matt and James just helped me out of another bind. My mower broke and they were able to get me back, up and running in 10 minutes. I really, really appreciate you guys!!! I always recommend people go to a&g! I’m a small company (just by myself). I don’t spend tons of money there like other big companies. But I trust them and know they will get me what will work for me. They have always helped me out and have done so for the last 15 years! You guys are the best!

Called to see about getting my Honda generators serviced/repaired and was rudely told that they can look at them in 3 or 4 weeks. I understand if the service department is slammed but no need to be short or rude. I will find somewhere else to go then

I bought a Honda mower 4 years ago at A&G from Mike at their Peoria store. To this day, it starts on the first pull and runs great. My wife loves this mower. Great company, support and equipment. I would highly recommend!!
