Awesome owner and the best hat selection in the valley. I needed my Stetson shaped and he did an amazing job. The shop also has probably the best hatband selection I have ever seen in a shop. It is definitely worth the drive no matter where you are located in the valley.

Great selection of hats, excellent service, fair prices. My husband and I were both able to find exactly what we were looking for, something we rarely find together in a hat shop. I have a smaller/narrow head shape so most places usually don’t have anything that work for me unless it’s made custom, or if they do they are usually not my style, but this shop has it all! My husband found his natural color cowboy hat the style he likes and was able to customize with a horse hair band. We love our new hats!

I can’t thank rich and his shop enough. Amazing gentleman and a great selection of cowboy hats as well as many others. Great prices and selection, found a hat that’s sold out in a 50 mile radius and for cheaper than most other places offer. Had a great conversation and was even nice enough to let me shape it up myself. If you’re looking for a hat, band, cleaning products, or just a cool little shop give this place a look.

I went to Heritage Hats looking for an Australian or Panama-style straw hat for summer wear. This store did not disappoint. Rich offered a great selection, friendly service, and even did on-the-spot adjustments. It feels really good to patronize an independently owned business like this. I will be back.
