I have been a customer at Scott James Jeweler for many years. Back to when they were in the other location. Do a decent job but the service is ice cold at best. Not all employees but some. Only jeweler I know in Heber and I do not want to have to drive out of the valley so I put up with it at times. Just be aware.

Went in to get an appraisal on an old ring I had laying around. The owner didn't just quickly give me an idea of the value. He actually took time out of his busy schedule to fully evaluate and look up going rates on the stones and precious metal. Very impressed with his shop and knowledge. Highly recommended anyone looking for jewelry to check out their location!!
