I went to Schneider with a flat tire. They were booking appointments 4 days out, but allowed me to leave my flat tire and rim behind (I had my spare on the car). They were able to squeeze in putting a new tire on my rim throughout the day and the next morning I was able to stop by and they put my new tire on! I am very grateful and appreciate them working me in! Excellent service! Thank you again!!

This was a great place to do business. The staff were frank and upfront with me about the price of the service, and quality of the tire I was purchasing. They were so great I made a follow up appointment to get more done.

Had to drive in from Plainfield to grab a set of tires that no one else had in town. Dropped of the two affected wheels and they dismounted the trashed tires and mounted the 2 new ones for me quickly. I was helped out by Mark(Marc?) idk how to spell his name, and I believe Lindsey(sp?)??? Not sure if it was her on the phone.anyway pleased with going there. Would buy tires from here in the future.

What a joke. Bought a truck next door drop the truck off went had an amazing sub came back and waited until they closed.
They had the truck 2.5 hours to put on 4 tires. They were not busy. Maybe instead of 5 people behind the counter on the computer they should have more people working. Was going to purchase rims for the truck but not here.response / report this review -

The only place in West Michigan I go for tires for ALL of my vehicles. They are conveniently located, offer quality products, quick service, friendly staff. Overall, they are simply amazing. I had air start coming out of a newly purchased tire that apparently was punctured by something and I had somewhere I needed to be within the next hour and a half. They serviced me, despite being booked. When a company can understand your need and urgency to be somewhere so they adjust their schedule to help you - those are people who truly care about the people they are servicing. Highly recommend, they're amazing.

Best prices around. Make an appointment, they get very busy. They know their tires and can help you find the best tire for your needs. They are major distributer for many brand of tire and have everything in stock. I've been buying tires there for 25 years.

Quick service, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They did a very good job on my truck. Pricing was close to what I found the same model online for and I would much rather support a small business that's local. I will return for next tire needs.
