This place is gorgeous! I have been to a few different people for haircuts, at this salon. If I can't get in with my usual person, I am not worried! Everyone here is highly skilled.

They did my hair and makeup for our wedding and it was amazing! It went so smooth and everyone's hair looked great!! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends!

The staff is very nice, I highly recommend Whitney for the facial experience! Samantha cut my hair I love how it turned out. Go and see them.

Great competent service. Easy to get an appointment, they have many services if you would like to get pampered. Great prices for the quality of service. Nice facilities, well trained staff.

My 1st Brazilian Wax was with the lovely Ms. Whitney! Whitney made my experience not only comfortable but pleasant!! When She introduced herself to me, I instantly said, "I like her!" I knew that I could relax although I entered their salon scared of the unknown. Whitney knows her job and it's very apparent that, she LOVES what she does and that made my experience worthwhile. She was very personable and easy to talk to. I made a new friend today! And for all of the ladies at check-in; Thanks for being nice, professional, and not afraid to engage in friendly convo!! The laughter and happiness was contagious!! See you soon and keep up the Great work!! 😉

I have been going here for many years (to the same stylist) and don't plan on going anywhere else, ever. I never leave dissatisfied. Anna always listens to what I want and does a fantastic job every single time. My bridal party and I went here and my girls looked beautiful. I got my makeup done for my wedding as well and couldn't have been happier (Anna made sure I was booked with their best make up artist). I have also had a few massages and my nails done here (Kelsey is great, super friendly and nice to talk with). Overall a great salon and exceptional service.

Salon 297 is great! I have seen several stylists and they're all able to cut and style my hair perfectly! I feel fantastic when I leave, and they have earned a loyal customer!

I have been going to this salon and with the same stylist for the past decade. The service never wavers and I always leave looking and feeling better than when I went in. I have had everything from cut and colors, pedis/manis and massages here and have never had a complaint. The salon hosted my bridal party and everyone had a great time. Despite now living three hours away I still only go this salon and make the drive whenever it's needed. Very friendly, modern and a great place to go for pampering and relaxation.

It's a beautiful salon with a lot of newer technology and the modern feel. How ever, I was not impressed with my services. Upon being checked in, the woman at the desk had me spell my name four times, couldn't find my reservation and asked me over and over who I was supposed to be seeing - I was never given the details of my appointment. Finally, we found my appointment and I had a short wait in the lobby in a big chair - very comfy! My nail professional greeted me and we got started on my appointment. It took over an hour for her to apply gel nails and give me a manicure. I had several concerns about my appointment - she never cleaned out underneath my nails and left the other gunk and dirt from my daily use. Several of my nails have chipped and are broke two days after my appointment because she didn't want to cut my nail shorter even though I requested them shorter. Most of the time she talked about wanting another job because of compensation for her current position and not enough consistency of appointments. Once I was done, checking out was a nightmare. The woman never spoke to me until she gave me my total for the visit. I handed her a gift certificate in which she took and after several minutes told me to have a nice day. I didn't know how to tip my nail professional or even the names of the people who helped me. Customer service here is poor and the beautiful salon can not mask it unfortunately. I will be going back to my local nail salon that provide a strong gel nail that lasts me 2 and a half weeks, not two days. Will not be back.
