  Steve went above and beyond to get a gum stain out of my suit coat after I left a pack of gum in the pocket and was able to get it as clean as new! I was crunched for time before a wedding and didn't know if I would have to go buy an entire new suit, but they took the extra time and care to get the stain out and I couldn't be happier!! Best of all, they didn't charge me a dime extra! Very honest people who I would highly recommend!!

  I have had Shaffers dry clean our oriental rug in the past. They misplaced our rug and found it two weeks later. I received an apology and a store credit towards my next dry cleaning. So this time I thought I'd try them again. I gave the delivery guy two rugs - one living room area oriental and one smaller for the kitchen. Today one rug was delivered to my home. Unfortunately they can't locate our kitchen area rug. Apologetic but no rug. 350 down the hatch. Fingers crossed that the smaller one will show up- as before.

  We were in town for a funeral. We needed my deceased father's suit cleaned. They lost his shirt but they made it right in the end for us. We also had my suit cleaned here and it was a difficult wrinkle job. Very pleased in the end. Thank you.
