I appreciated the quickness of an appointment to diagnose a leak in my Ford Explorer which was promptly repaired. Service tech, Tommy was friendly and informative, answering all of my questions. Sean was also friendly and professional. I was pleased with my first experience with Scallys and will not only return but will highly recommend them to others.

I'm only leaving a star so I can write that they (white haired guy very very rude and doesn't know half of what he's talking about in this situation)are rude and absolutely VERY dishonest. They will take advantage of someone who does not know about vehicles. I go to Weisemens now

Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very professional staff inside and out. Subtracted one star for them forgetting about two lug nuts, one on each front axle wheels. No worries, I had spares in the glove box. Towing services are available too if you're completely stuck.

Call ahead to reserve a time slot for major repairs, but walk ins are taken care of in order received. These guys are faster than a cowboy in a shootout if you roll in for a Valvoline oil change service. They are quick to help with a flat tire, but pray they have yours in stock of yours is too damaged to repair safely.

Bringing your own tires, they will mount and high speed balance and discard your old carcasses without question. They handle all makes, models, foreign, domestic, gasser or turbo diesel. It doesn't matter to these guys. They treat you and your ride right.

I was visiting the area from the other coast of Florida. My van wouldn't start so I was stranded. My husband called Scally's from our home on the other coast. One of their tow truck drivers was in my area, YEA! In just a few minutes Paul arrived. He was awesome! There was a lot of traffic and a lot of pedestrians in the area but Paul managed to maneuver that huge tow truck perfectly. He was very kind and professional. I have only this one experience with them, but it was a good one and I would use them again.

Very poor customer service gentleman on the phone was very rude and tried saying a job was done on brakes and was charged and a year later and my rear brakes are scraping and very damaged they went ahead and said they are 100% sure they don't make mistakes and there sure the job was done correct without even re looking at my vehicle! Wouldn't recommend! Also should mention tech certified in brakes!

I am giving them one star because without a star i cannot post this comment. The customer service is horrible! Not welcoming, not willing to listen to the problem, not willing to help, rude, , not understanding of the customer's needs and much more. My car was punctured due to car chase by the police and the police had given my car to this shop to fix it because they were paying for the fix. They were suppose to put in new tires and balance the vehicle but when I got the car back it wasn't driving smoothly as it would if the wheels had balanced. I tried to call back and the guy was not willing to even listen to my problem. He even called me stupid on the phone. I mean talk about customer service. At the end I just felt like they were trying to do the least to get away with what they were SUPPOSED to do without offering quality service to their customers! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING HERE, SERIOUSLY DON'T!!!
