  The deli department needs major work. The past three times i have ordered subs online they were messed up. This time i ordered my subs and they were supposed be be ready at 7:15 i get there and they are not ready. Instead they have subs for someone that wasnt going to pick up until 7:45 ready to be picked up. The point of ordering online is to not have to wait. My subs were also missing multiple items this time. Huge disappointment. The Publix slogan is "where shopping is a pleasure" definitely is not a pleasure at this publix

  These are the nicest people at this store, at all times. But yesterday Store Manager Roxanne and Deli Manager Ellen, went above and beyond for my mother, who had a fainting spell, calmed her, as well as myself, and stayed with her until I could get her home. I want to thank both of you so very much, it is so nice when there are people who extend a hand to someone in need, and it was so very much appreciated. Thanks from both my mom and myself and God bless. And thanks to all who work at that store, the nicest people I have ever seen in any store!

  As ALWAYS Publix is the best! 7stars!! We absolutely love the Apron ladies and the rest of the associates. Always friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite place to shop

  I've always enjoyed shopping at this store, but the employees went above and beyond on Friday, July 14, 2017. My friend and I were in the check out line when he became dizzy, nauseous, and very sweaty. He has heart issues already and has had vertigo as well. I wasn't sure which it was, but I was very scared. My friend sat on bench and I finally convinced him to let me call 911. I went to the service desk where a young man, and I apologize I was too nervous to get names, called 911 calmly and quickly. A manager overheard me and he went to my friend's side where he talked with him and went and got him paper towels. Another employee brought him a garbage can in case he got sick. They were all amazing. No one hovered that didn't need to be there, but you could feel everyone cared, deeply. At the hospital they diagnosed a vertigo spell. Thank goodness it wasn't a heart attack, which is what I feared. Publix is an amazing store and the employees are so friendly and helpful on a regular visit. I thank you all for the calm, friendly, helpful service you provided my friend, and me actually, during a scary episode.

  There are people like Brandon, one of the employees there, who go to the ends of the Earth to find your item or order your item and please you and make you happy.

  Staff is always friendly when I need flowers for my wife. The fried chicken is always perfect. I love this Publix.

  The WORST Publix I have ever been to ! Waited 15 minutes at the Sub counter, no one else there, employees totally ignored us, when we started leaving, Sub girl called out to us, asked for 5 Grain Sub Roll, told they were no good, even though they were on the rack. Asked for a Manger on way out, was told they were too busy ? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

  This store is great! Sometimes the line at the deli counter is long, but I started ordering my meats online, and now their always ready when I arrive!! Best store for bread!

  Never again I have shopped and use this pharmacy since moving to Florida . Even moved and remained loyal to the store and Pharmacy but Today was my last day ever using either . Once a month spend about 300 in store.then once week spend about another hundred on weekly specials. Well today was the last day I wait an hour and a half for a prescription. I can't remember the last time I was there and it didn't take a least an hour. Well I will find a place that it doesn't take that long . A few others have also stopped using the store for the same reason. I spend extra money and time because I believed in loyalty well never again I now understand why they left and now I am to
