Horrible service, stay away!!
Had a seal go out on me in my spark plug shaft. It dumped oil all over plugs and coils causing a misfire.
Had it towed in and done under warranty.
These clowns didn't repair/replace or even clean the spark plugs and coils. Put the car back together and told me to take it home. (In limp mode, with misfire in cylinders) while they watched me load my daughter and 6 month old into the back seat.
Quoted me $900+ for a part that mopar has listed at $230
Charged me $115 to tell me my alternator is good. And didn't even check my service log from my last dealer. ( fluid Services were all done 2 months ago) but they decided trying to charge me 400+ for services not needed sounded better

There are factory wires hanging out of the dash (loose and disconnected) when I asked about it I was then accused of cramming a cell phone charger in the dash. Still don't have any answers.
When I asked about my Bluetooth and voice controls, they said its fine. But still not working .

When I reached out to them online, they responded by asking how they can make it better.. Then blocked me from commenting.
What a joke of a dealer. Stay away?!!!

I was once again reminded of how excellent your staff and their customer service is when I visited your dealership yesterday. I could not figure out my dashboard settings on my Jeep Renegade, and after much googling I then contacted Craig Nielson, who sold me my Jeep, and he did not hesitate to invite me to stop by so he could help, which he did.
I had intended to write to you back in February when I purchased the vehicle because I was so well treated by Craig and the rest of your staff. Customer service is a phenomenon these days, but you guys have it mastered.
This was my second Jeep that I bought from you guys and I will forever be a customer.

Went in today to look at the Jeep Compass and started talking with our salesman Tommy and we test drive both compass and Cherokee. We felt more comfortable in the Cherokee. Tommy was very professional, and friendly. He made it easy for us to purchase our 2018 Cherokee.

Great dealership, I was super picky on a Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack. I was with an other dealer and they were looking for 6 weeks before i switched to Crystal. They came up with one in a week, and gave me an outstanding deal on it. If you want a great deal go see Todd Needles you won't be disappointed.

I'm in love with my new 2017 Grand Cherokee Altitude. Bill K. was so patient when dealing with me (which is not easy). He kept in constant contact with me during the week. I had very specific needs and wants and ALL of them were met. I feel as though I received a phenomenal deal. And I can't say enough about Ron! Believe or not we all shared a lot of laughs and had a good time when making the deal! We will definitely be back when it's time for our next vehicle purchase! Thank you guys!

I can remember when we bought our first car from Crystal. The experience was wonderful! We didn't stop at just buying one car over the years, we have purchased at least 4 over the past two and half years from the same dealership and the same salesperson, John Hurst. They take pride in helping you get the car you want. Everyone from the finance department to the service department go out of their way to help you out! They are always there to help you in anyway they can to make your visit memorable. Our visits are always A+. We have recommended Crystal Dodge of Brooksville to many of our friends and they have purchased their cars from them too. Their comments are: they aren't pressured, they are friendly, and John Hurst is there to help in anyway he can. Their experiences with Crystal were wonderful too! Yes, I would continue to purchase all my cars from Crystal and recommend them with top honors!

Todd Needles is the nicest and most respectful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My last car purchase was a disaster and this one was a blessing. This experience was one of the best I have ever had. I have bought 3 other vehicles before this wonderful Jeep Wrangler that they got me in and I have to say they made me feel like they really wanted to help me. I recommend this dealership all around!
