This has been my best purchase this far Walter and Mike were extremely accommodating, very knowledgeable and pleasant as well. I highly recommend everyone to purchase an electric bike Bintelli!!
My electric bike actually folds up so it can go in a trunk of some sort if needed!

This place is the most professional shop I have ever seen. Extremely curtious and very helpful with all my questions. They were able to fit me into their very busy shop and get me back out on the road. 5 stars all the way.

Best place in the Sarasota area, probably even a larger area, honest, decent people who won't screw you over like others in Sarasota. I came in for an oil change and they even provided me a used mirror since mine had broken off in an accident recently. I thought the only mechanic I could trust was my dad! The Sarasota Moped crew are definitely people you can trust with given you honest work at an extremely fair price. Thank you for the oil change and also the honesty.

Excellent service! Walt and Monica made my son’s 17th birthday the best ever. Walt delivered the scooter as promised and spent time explaining the mechanics and also made sure my son was comfortable riding before he left. I highly recommend Sarasota Mopeds and Scooters not only for the quality of their bikes, but because they genuinely care about their customers.

Walt is a determined and thorough individual with years of skill and knowledge in all things related to mechanics. Solved my carburetor problem in minutes. Very thankful. Five stars. If you have any problems with your scooter or moped this is your guy.

Fantastic company. The costumer service was outstanding. The repair person made every effort to safe on parts that needed to be ordered and found a supplier that sold a particular item for less. He could have just bought the more expensive part, but instead he gave me a call to let me know that the repair will take up a few more days when ordering the less expensive part. Of course I appreciate that very much.

Totally awesome. They cleaned up the Jerry rigging from Mr.moped. they actually have my scooter running better than it did when I purchased it from those junkies. (mr moped)Biggest mistake . . The service was informative which was greatly appreciated! . I would recommend to anyone who is interested in owning or purchasing a scooter. Go see them . !!! They don't live inside the shop. It's clean. The hygiene of the employees is not disgusting . They are professional. Thanks guys!! See ya soon.

A family-run business. The owners are great people who go to Great Lengths to take care of their customers. I live 2 towns away and they came and delivered my bike. From the start they were honest forward people who tried to do what they could to please their customer. I had an all-around great experience dealing with the wonderful couple. Took my gamble of a purchase (250cc something Chinese) and I told the owners I could spend $300 max for anything that needed fixing. I walked out spending $25 and receiving an education re: my bike from Walt. He is one honest guy. He could have easily taken advantage of me and instead was just as good as all of the reviews I read. Highly recommend!!!

I bought a scooter just to have fun getting around town/work. Buying one from Sarasota Scooters/Mopeds was and continues to be a great experience! They are very knowledgeable and experienced. Its also very nice to walk into a business and be treated like a friend. The staff is awesome! Not to mention I now have a cool scooter.

Great customer service. These guys are so honest they won't order new parts unless it's absolutely imperative. When I went in they pulled out all of their own part out of the back and DIDN'T charge me a DIME. Just labor which was extremely reasonable. Walt and Colin and very knowledgeable and informed when it comes their trade.
