The breakfast was just granola bars and coffee, but my stay was very pleasant. The staff members were very polite and helpful.

Always a good stay here. I bring everything I need including vacuum cleaner. No one bothers you. The rest is so so clean. Lobby nice and clean. Staff always cheerful. Unfortunately way understaffed, but these guys and gals work for the money. A tiny glitch in the a/c unit but maintenance got on it right away. Very content.

2 stars because I feel bad writing bad reviews it really deserves 1.
Where do I start?
1: horrifyingly slow internet. Dont plan on watching Netflix or gaming. unless of course you opt in for the upgraded speed for like 5 bucks a night. Why dont you give your best to your customers?
2: sink, stove, fridge. but no dishes or cutlery. So yeah bout to order pizza.
3: fridge setting is off froze my fresh produce.
4: breakfast is legit nothing but a muffin and granola bars.
I can add more sadly, but why bother.
Funny thing is my biggest problem is giving me slow internet with the option to buy "faster" which I'm guessing is normal speed.response / report this review -

This hotel has super thin walls. It's convenient to have a little kitchen so we don't have to eat out for every meal. But if we only needed to stay somewhere over night I definitely would not stay here. We were visiting town for a while so this was a better choice.

Nice and cozy. Stayed for holiday for we were visiting family. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had heard a guest needing a non smoking room. But there was none. I had a non smoking room and didn't mind a smoking one so I offered my room to switch. The guest was happy. I even got an be our guest certificate ( free night) which I was not expecting to get. It was very nice of them.

Price and location is good, however, the beds are not very comfortable and the hotel staff was not at all accommodating. We needed a room with 2 beds and they had one available but would not give it to us because, I quote "It's too hard on their cleaning staff" since the room was booked the next night. Also the breakfast is nothing they didn't even keep the coffee pot full. They fill it once and when it's gone it's gone. Also even though we booked a non smoking room, the whole floor we were on wreaked like stale cigarettes. Will just spend the extra next time to stay in a nicer place

The rooms are very clean and neat. Their TV was 360 degree's so you could turn it around. Also, the place was very calm but parking got filled easily. By the way Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is pretty close and so is the 118 Highway. :D

Clean & comfortable rooms for the most part. The night clerk was rude, and complained when we asked for 2 new towels. No one came to clean our room, and we had left towels on the floor per the sign in the bathroom explaining how to get fresh towels. My husband saw the dirty linen barrel right outside our door and put the dirty towels inside. When we went downstairs to ask for new towels the night clerk rudely told us we had to bring the dirty towels down. We explained what we did with the towels and she STILL made us go up to retrieve them from the dirty linen barrel with all the others. Then proceeded to avoid touching them and had my husband take them behind the desk. She obviously didn't want to touch them but asked a guest to do so. I wanted clean towels for my shower so we were at a loss. Then the clerk acted like she didn't know why the dirty linen barrel was right outside our door, but our room wasn't cleaned. She was rude asking guests to retrieve dirty towels and should have just gave us 2 towels. This was not proper customer service. I posted the picture of the dirty linen barrell right outside our room #323.

The desk attendant is really rude and didn't want to help us out I'm not asking for privileges but I had a 24 hour drive and I was really exausted from driving I wanted to check in a little earlier And the worker didn't want to I checked with the maid and she told me that they had about 4 to 5 rooms available I'm paying good money to stay here and get treated like this Won't come back Besides they don't keep clean here I'm sorry for the owner that hired such people like that.

First off..these incompetent jerks in the front office sent me twice to the answering service, who then told me that front desk was not in at the moment. This was after a 8 minute wait. Only to be told she would switch me back to themonly to be hung up on!! If they this bad at communication.then I can only imagine how they run the rest of the hotel!
All I wanted was weekly ratesevery employee there should know that answerand be able to respond to such a basic question! NO THANKS!! I'LL SPEND MY MONEY ELSE WHEREresponse / report this review -

I really loved the coziness and the closeness to 118 Freeway. Really nice hosts who take care of you. I like to shot out Jennifer who helped us check in @ Night and very courteous about amenities and extremely kind - Loved the stay and the People

A basic stopover. The king size bed is a big plus. You are made to sign all sorts of pledges about not smoking and then you get to the room and it reeks of old cigarettes.
