  Terrible, they ran my information in their promos checking my credit score several times with out my consent. The necklace I purchased was very low quality. Diamond fell out. Then it is a hassle to get it replaced, I ended up taking it to another jewlerys to get it fixed.

  Horrible service. I have had my ring sent off about five times to get fixed because the jewel was loose. Sent it off thinking it was fixed and no the jewel came out. I have sent it back to be fixed multiple times now and it is like they haven't even touched it. They were suppose to replace the ring a long time ago too and they didn't do that either. People were nice there but you can get no help. Now with my wedding being days away I basically can't wear my ring unless I want the jewel to fall out in the ceremony. Never EVER buy from this place!!!
