I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Whites on several occasions. Each time they have reached towards high standards! Customer service is great, they stand by their values in providing quality vehicles, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, your not just a customer you’re a friend. Have dealt with both Jim and now Rich and they have both been great. I have always had a positive experience there and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Rich. The entire staff at Jim White's Truck and Auto are very friendly and polite. Always doing their best to take care of me as a customer.

Great dealership overall! Staff has all been very helpful. They are not pushy and don't try to get you into vehicle that you don't want. If you know what you are looking for, they help you find just that. Servicing was prompt. Easy to contact when needed and very quick to respond. They make buying a vehicle a pain free process. I'm very glad to have gone to Jim Whites and will look forward to getting my next vehicle from there as well.

My family (father, mother, brother and myself) have purchased vehicles and had our vehicles serviced at Jim White's Auto Center for over 30 years. Each time has been a positive experience. I highly recommend going there if you need to purchase a vehicle or need service for your vehicle.

I've had my 2010 Dodge Avenger for about 3 months now, and I can't imagine having/buying any other car. Jim White's gave me the greatest deals and made sure that all my needs for my first car was met. I highly recommend buying from Jim White's, not only because my car is wondeful and in great shape, but because the customer service was amazing. I am very thankful I bought my first car from Jim White's.

Can I give more than 5 stars?? Rich and David were great to deal with. I was in a situation where I absolutely needed to get a new vehicle quickly and not only did Rich give me a great deal on a great new (to me) vehicle, he also got me a great interest rate. I've been doing business with Jim White's for years and will continue to come back because they always take care of you and treat you like family and are always fair!

My daughter Bianca bought an SUV from Jim Whites back in February. Last week she had issues with it and we brought it in for repair. We were told There were some frame issues that they were not able to repair and guarantee and were willing to buy the car back from her and put her money towards a different car. They made this situation right and this is very important to me as she is pregnant and her and her child's safety are extremely important to me. They went above and beyond to assist with good financing and getting the situation resolved quickly. This is now the fourth car purchased through our family with JIm Whites. I would definitely go back. Thank you to all at Jim Whites for your help!

David and Rich were both very helpful and kept me informed as I was looking for a new vehicle. They contacted me whenever something needed to be discussed and allowed me to have other people look at the vehicle (2007 Jeep Liberty). Communication was key since this was my first vehicle purchase. Definitely a place I will turn to whenever I need another vehicle.

This is my second vehicle from Jim Whites. I have pleasant buying experiences each time. They make buying a vehicle easy they were never pushy. They also have a great selection to choose from. Everything I asked of them they have honored and taken care of. Would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.
