Always professional! Always courteous! My hair cut and color looks fabulous! Valentine's Day was so special, I was treated to a free Gel manicure, and glass of wine while my color processed. Best Valentine's Day ever!! Love the customer service!

My entire experience was terrible. Jen took forever getting back to me just via email. I waited almost two weeks before I started emailing more trying to get a quote for my wedding. She did call me to say she would let me know how the price would work since my wedding is the weekend of Labor Day (mind you, my wedding is not on Labor day, it is the Saturday before). She said she would call me back "in two minutes" to check and see if the Salon would be open that weekend, but never called me back. Finally, I called the salon and told one of the girls there my issues. She told me she would pass my information to the owners, one of whom so happens to be Jen. A day or so later I was called and we made a day for me to come in and talk more about pricing and what it is I am looking for in terms of services. I brought my fiance with me when I went in. We filled out some papers and Jen gave me a rough estimate. The price was DOUBLED since it's the weekend of Labor Day and the salon would be closed. For 3 hair/makeup services and 1 just hair service I was looking at well over $1,000 and that price was for IN SALON. She told me she would get back to me by that Saturday (I went in on a Thursday) with an actual price. It has now been well over two weeks since then and I still have not heard ANYTHING back from her. After going through all of this with this company, I am no longer worried about getting an actual price from them. There is no way I would ever do business with them regardless of how well any of them can style hair and makeup.
