Efficient and polite staff. Easy to get test results on patient portal.
I have been a patient at St. Luke's North Hospital . i felt that I received excellent care. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The nurses were very caring. I am pleased that we have such a fine facility in the Northland.
I did not get to see Dr. Smith as she was not available. At first I was not very pleased about this fact but Sheila Kohl was great. I have not been in the office for over a year and the front desk staff appeared to be new. Vanessa was incredible and greeted me with a wonderful smile.
It would be nice to have the experience I wanted to have during my pregnancy. Instead my phone calls were ignored at least 10 times. They didn’t set up my anatomy and gender appointment when it should of been. I shouldn’t have to call a place multiple times or much less worry while I am pregnant. I wanted to give them a chance because the doctors are phenomenal. Who ever is answering the phone calls and making sure I am getting my appointments done is not doing there job. A bunch of lazy people. They need an intervention. Office staff is rude too.
They have been great! The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. My doctor is great in person and via email! I love the fact that they have a walk in clinic for small emergencies.
St. Luke's Dr's and staff are professional, responsive and caring.
It is getting more difficult to get in to see my doctor. As an alternative, I was able to get into their walk-in clinic quickly. The clinic also has very good staff.
I have been a patient of St. Lukes medical for 8 years.
It's to long a period to schedule appointments. Although I like Dr.Parker, I do miss Cashier.
Got right in and they took great care of me!
Came in looking for a walk-in clinic advertised on Google, in regards to treatment or a written doctor's note for a flu. Only staff I found was a janitor and a shop keep, who were nice enough to give me some directions but I still never found it. Eventually just gave up and decided it wasn't worth the trip in the first place.
I have been a patient at Saint Luke's Medical Group for over 20 years. I am very thankful for their walk-in clinic with extended hours, especially when I need urgent attention for something like a cold. The physicians and nurse practitioners are very attentive. I will be a patient for 20 more years, I am sure!
My kids and i normally see Dr. Keenan who I really like and think he's a great Dr but it is nearly impossible to get an appt anymore because of the changes this office has made. The minimum wait for an appt is a month and if you want a same day with a random Dr you have to call at 7am! And hope you get in. Their clinic is a joke! Every single time I've brought my kids it's at least a 2hr wait in the waiting room even when noone is around. At least once I waited 2 hrs during clinic hours because the nurse practitioner wasn't even there when she was suppose to be. When you have a very young child it's hard to keep them occupied that long especially when sick. I'm better off taking them to children's mercy. At least I know they'll get the care they deserve there. Also the last bill I received was nearly $500 for my 1 yr old who was merely looked over and that was it. No test, no swabs,no nothing and $500! Ridiculous. This office needs to switch back how it was before!
I agree to bad we aren't allowed to give negative scores!
I was also a patient of wonderful Dr. Cashier for 30 years. If he only knew how much he was missed..I have seen 2 different doctors
since Doc left and it went from bad to worse. Dr Parker was a "no go" for me so I tried Abbey Oshel..Nope! My feelings for Dr Oshel were confirmed when she did lab work that should have been fasting (cholesterol)..I wasn't asked if fasting and in fact had just had a huge breakfast. My cholesterol was through the roof. My labs have always been perfect. I called and told her I wasn't fasting and she wouldn't re-do the labs. Instead she called in a statin and insisted I take it for 3 months before she would re-do labs. I switched to a different practice and my FASTING labs were perfect. St Luke's lost a lot when Doc Cashier retired.God bless you, Doc.
Their emergency room is like a regular doctor visit. My husband's face was split open from a fall. They just left him to bleed profusely for a long time in the waiting room. Then they sent him on to a another hospital because it was too severe for them to handle. I would only go there if you think the person will die before you could get to a different hospital.
Unreliable, overbooked and just one of the most difficult doctors offices I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new primary care physician that they go anywhere but here. I'm disappointed that one star is as low as I can rate this office.
I used to speak very highly of this office and their physchians. But, this past year it just keeps getting harder and harder to schedule an appointment. You have to wait at least a month to be seen.
I arrived today at 2:16 for what I thought was a 2:15 appointment with a new doctor becaus fabulous Dr. Cashier retired, bless his heart! I was told by the girl behind the counter, " oh no you had a 2pm appointment, you are more than ten minutes late." I said you must be mistaken I have it on my calendar as 2:15 and showed her my phone She simply said I'm sorry we have a 10 minute late rule. We'll have to reschedule you. I said it's too bad it does not work the other way around! For more than 10 years of coming to this office, I can recall several wait times of 20 minutes or more with no apology nor a reduced billing statement! It's not like I did this on purpose, I thought I was on time for my appointment. She called back spoke to Dr Parker's nurse, explained the situation. Once off the phone she said in this sugary sweet tone; I'd be happy to reschedule you. I said No I will not reschedule and the only reason I've ever put up with this office was because of Dr Cashier, since he is no longer here I won't be either. They did not just lose one patient today they lost a family of five! Sadly I don't believe they care!
