Wanted to make my first a memorable experience. Research Key West shops and decided on Paradise. What a great choice during FF 2017!! Friendly staff and artists. Steve M was helpful in the final details. His steady hand and laid back personality made the experience the best.

I wish I could have left zero stars. This is a total rip off. They took our money and never provided services. There is a reason why they have the worst reviews of any tattoo shop in Key West. Buyer beware. Thanks to Chase for getting us our money back.

The costumer service of this tattoo shop is complete trash. Don't waste your time going in for a tattoo. The guy I spoke with was very rude and was a completely ass about every idea I offered. It's one thing to not do a tattoo because you don't believe it's a good idea but being rude and disrespectful about it is another. If you want good costumer service and quality art go to Docs Tattooz shop in Marathon Florida it's worth the extra hour drive.

My friends and and I walked in last night and a very nice lady told us to come back because they were closing. Well we come back the next day, and I was looking to get my smiley piercing done, and was pointed in the direction of the piercer. I asked very nicely if he could pierce my smiley, and he just looked at me and said quote," I don't do that, that's a pointless piercing." Then continued to be very rude to my friends when they're asking about what they wanted to get done. I just think that if you offer a service on your website and I politely ask for it, I shouldn't be so put down. Even if you don't pierce it (which I understand because it is difficult) don't tell me it's 'pointless.' Quite frankly it's none of your business the 'point' of it is. It's for aesthetics which is the entire idea behind body modification. I felt very put down and honestly extremely uncomfortable.

Paradise tattoo has a variety of Artists to choose from, and accepts walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis. Custom tattoos are also an option here too! I have been tattooed by both Anjy and Steve, and will be back for more!

Staff was very nice but the tattoo quality was terrible. I had a very simple tattoo I thought could not be messed up that literally took less than half an hour to complete. The lines were all crooked and uneven. The tattoo consisted of seven lines and two dots. Luckily it is easy to hide. Very disappointed.

If you want to get piercings, THIS is THE place to go! About 6 months ago I went into the tattoo parlor down the street to ask about a bad conch and helix job I had when I moved here. The guy there was seemingly unconcerned and didn't really care about my questions. So I walked into paradise tattoo and was greeted immediately, then one of the piercers, Ryan got into such detail, he is patient with all my questions and I love that he marked a dot where the piercing would go so I could see the placement before hand. Since then I have had my old conch and helix redone beautifully, along with a new tragus and second helix that I love. They all turned out perfect! The whole experience is fun, the rest of the staff are joyous and welcoming too! Very professional and clean, with sterile needles and equipment used right out of the package every time. Greg is also very laid back and makes you feel relaxed when you talk to him, he is very kind and patient and I've seen so many people come out of that store with smile's a mile wide. I even talked to a lady who had a rooster on her shoulder and she was raving about how he did such a good job!
I am going back today to get my tongue pierced, I am so excited! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting something unique in key west!

I went there at the recommendation of a friend of mine who has had extensive tattoo work done. For my first tattoo ever, they were very patient and very professional in helping me choose my first design. The work was exceptional. And every person that has seen my tattoo has been extremely complementary about the quality of work. I can only give them my highest recommendation. I will definitely be going back for another. Danny is incredibly talented and professional! We have gotten so many compliments on his work! My husband and I both received tattoos from him on our trip to Key West over Saint Patty's day weekend. We vow to only get tattoos at Paradise. We travel the country often and peruse artists nationwide. He is bar none, the best!!!! Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about piercing and the staff were all incredibly personable. We will be back.
