Shipping times are outrageous; I assume this is due to COVID-related issues. I also only received part of my order, and had to wait another week for the issue to be resolved. However, the items are high quality, the people I talked to were responsive, and the instructional videos and calculators on their website are some of the best how-to guides I've ever seen. This made my wire-hung canopy project easy to complete with in-depth, step-by-step instructions.

Horrible shipping times.! I know the pandemic situation is going on, but I'm an upholstery shop and need my items in a timely manner. It's been 5 days now and my order is still pending to be pulled.

The frustrating part is, the lady on the phone said they can get it out sooner if I pay more. So for more $$$ they can ship faster? Bad business.

Sailrite , please consider your volume customers.

I ordered a product that did not fit, it was my fault for not measuring it right. Customer service went out of their way to help me determine what exactly I needed. Going so far as to ask for images of the item to be replaced! He even knew what size, but was sorry to inform me that they did not carry it. I would have gladly ordered the "right" item from Sailrite if it was in stock! Everything from ordering to delivery, then customer service was outstanding! Even returns are easy!
Kudos to Sailrite, I will order from them again!

I love my sailrite sewing machine! There isn't anything this machine can't do (boat and not boat related). The company also has a TON of step by step videos on how to make things. Their prices for material is reasonable and shipping is fast. Customer service is top notch too! Thank you Sailrite!

My office chair is high quality in every way, except for the seat cover, which was very thin but stretchy — almost like a balloon. I had only had the chair a few months when the material split and began to peel away. I was so happy to find this soft, substantial, leather-like material with stretch! I expect it to last very well, and it feels nice.

I have spent the last couple of days conducting exhaustive research for a sewing machine capable of working on my rafting, hunting and camping gear. Sailrite was the clear winner! And their instructional videos are exceptional. Anxiously waiting for my new machine to arrive. I ordered the LS-1 and a bunch of other stuff such as thread, needles, webbing, d rings, hot knife, grommet tools. They have excellent information on all of their products including charts to advise of the correct needle type to go with a specific thread type for specific uses. After spending a hew hours checking out their website and all the information available, I am confident that Sailrite will provide the ongoing product support that is very important to me.

The instructional videos by Sailrite are excellent--very thorough and easy to follow. After viewing one on "how to make a hinged cushion" I felt confident that I could take on the project myself. All the supplies I needed were available from Sailrite. Plus there are product selection guides to help you decide which fabric, foam, thread, needle size, etc would be appropriate for your project. I had a question regarding a fabric, so I emailed the company; my answer came back very quickly, steering me in the right direction. I would absolutely recommend this company as a valuable resource.

I discovered Sailrite's Roman shade tutorial on the Web. It was concise, clear, and thorough, and it gave me the confidence to try the project myself. I made two shades that look entirely professional. I just ordered finishing accessories (cord lock, etc), and the ordering process was easy. I received notice of shipping within two days. There's nothing more satisfying than finishing a project and being able to say, "I did that!"

I give this company 10 stars if it were possible. I started watching their classes on line over a year ago. Then I took a very deep look into their sewing machines, and they were hands down better than the typical machines I could purchase or should I say had purchased over the years. The more I investigated and watched I decided to take the leap and purchase one. I am so excited. I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to write something on this company's behalf.
Long before ever purchasing this machine I had ordered a few things from them and the followup was timely and customer friendly, always there to answer questions.I will never forget a couple of fabric swatches that I had ordered, the grand total of that order was only a few dollars, and I could not believe I received an email back within the day letting me know it was going to be a little wait for this $4 swatch. Then I have called when I needed some info regarding other products and they were right on it. They are friendly, followup great products are top notch and I am thrilled with the company. I am 64 years old and I do remember what great customer service use to be like, and boy this expeirence with Sailrite was like going back in time. It is so refreshing to work for a company that does what they say

Wow! I really love this company. First of all, I found a material that was discontinued in my store at home and secondly it was $9.00 a yard cheaper!

Plus, I was pleasantly surprised that the same day I placed my order - it was shipped!!! I didn't pay for expedited shipping or anything.

I'm looking around for something else to do in my home just so I can order from Sailrite!

I highly recommend this company.
