  The condo and the view were outstanding. Lovely decorations and very comfortable. We had some inclement weather, and we found the television service was pure garbage (still analog), the WiFi was the worst (rarely could we even connect), and sadly our own AT&T cell service was spotty and slow. (That last one is not their fault, but if you're measuring up alternatives, there's a point to consider.)

  I have never seen a condo, that had TV s that were not working, frig want putting out ice cubes, dirty (markings from chairs on bar, cabinets with paint peeling). Two of the 4 TV didn't work, and the TV sets didn't work, and then you couldn't even watch a rented movie.
  Great view, great air conditioning.
  Repairs were made two days before we were to leave. The owner couldn't be reached to obtain approval before repairs on the refrigerator.
  It was a 2300 week stay,
  I sure hope that they make it up to my adopted family.

  This is a great condo to stay at. We highly recommend to all our guest booking a tour with us. If looking for a great place to stay. Sunrise is the place. It is centrally located on panama city beach, Florida. Not far from pier park, has lots of fun activities, shopping, dining, and great nightlife. The staff here has great customer service. So makes for a great place to stay.

  We stayed in unit 1010 over the Memorial Day weekend.wow! The decor and amenities were amazing. The viewsunsetswere picture perfect. This condo was recently completely renovated and "looks ready for a magazine". Even on a busy holiday weekend, we didn't have a problem with elevators or traffic. This location is close to Pier Park and many other activities.

  Fairly clean with decent accomodatioms. The elevators are grungy, but the pool deck was nice and clean. Many of the beach chairs were broken tho. The beach was great.

  I was really disappointed in their management. I saw some people was driking beers inside pool & Jacuzzi and then I found a lot of beer bottle caps around pool area. We had to tell to the management office because we don't want to make our 2 years old & 3 years old kids in danger. My wife gave the beer bottle caps to one lady of the management office.
  I was waiting 30 minutes after I made my wife & kids went to our room.
  However, nobody of the management office took care of this problem. And then many people left the pool & jacuzzi area because of the drunk guys.
  If you are looking for a family friendly resort, this is not right place.

  This place was great! I rented unit 1208 and the view was perfect. Great location in the middle of the strip. Just don't rent a scooter from the place across the street. Got further down the strip for that.
  
  Also all condos in this building are Oceanview. This was money well spent. Also make sure you place your parking pass in your vehicle. They are checking and will issue a parking ticket.
  
  2 pools, 2 hot tubs a children splash area are great. As you can see, we really had a great time!
