  I am so disappointed today. I am a regular customer and love the brand. Always had great service. Today no one asked if I needed help. They were movi g shoes around. Three pekple. One male and two young females. Two females talking about annoying customers in particular older ones. So sad this happened.

  For this store not to be crowded, the service was horrible no greeting and the rep was at the front of the store. I was in the store about 15 minutes and tried on 2 pair boots and not even one person say hello and long haired young man kept walking past me and NEVER said anything.🤔😕✌there are other stores. I CONSIDERED GIVING THIS STORE A ☆☆☆ because they HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM M/F.

  Waited more than three minutes for someone to check us out. There were four employees on the floor. Three of whom were more concerned with stocking than checking us out. One employee was actually helping another customer.
  
  Left our purchase on the counter. Went to the car and ordered same stuff from Amazon for less.
