I'll keep it simple. This was our second visit and plan to make a lot more visits. This place is absolutely great!

(Unassuming exterior incredibly appointed interior.)We stayed in the North Atlantic room. This room is spacious and incredibly appointed in the nautical theme. This room gave us the experience that we were in a B&B in downeast Maine.(and we would know because we travelled extensively in downeast Maine). Loni was a gracious innkeeper whose tremendous talent are her breakfasts. The next morning over breakfast our conversations with the owner Ryan who served us breakfastwas his down to earth demeanor as well as his extensive knowledge of the history of the house and Grove city and nearby. We enjoyed the house so much that we plan to return.

Such a fantastic place to stay! I'm so glad that I chose here over all the other hotels and AirB&B places I've looked at. It's my first stop on a 5-day bike trip from Pittsburgh to Lake Owasco in upstate New York, and I had such a great rest here. My room is voyage themed. It is fun. It is clean. It is comfortable. It is just great all around. The owner and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It felt homey, and I had my complete privacy. I took my post biking shower & nap, walked to downtown and Grove City college in the evening, had some great food, came back and had a great sleep. Then I woke up super refreshed for the next day of the trip! What an amazing stay! C:

This was my experience with a bed and breakfast; I was thoroughly impressed with this quaint, historic home!! We stayed in the Collegiate Suite, which was wonderfully furnished and updated! Excellent, clean, bathroom, as well! Jenica, the college intern, was kind, welcoming, energetic and greeted us with a bright, cheerful smile! Hospitality is her strong suit! The owner, Ryan, even carried our luggage to the car, when we checked out! Nothing but good vibes from this place! Hopefully, we will return in the years to follow. Clean, warm, and welcoming!! If you're looking for a weekend get-away, this is a wonderful option! I would highly recommend this place, as one who loves historical buildings and genuine hospitality!

Spent a night there and Ryan (the owner) was very welcoming and hospitable. Each guest is given a small plate of cheese, crackers, grapes and chocolate - along with a brownie that should have its own zip code! The room was very cozy and comfortable (Lodge Room) and provided so many comforts that made it feel like home. And the breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! Would definitely recommend it as a wonderful place to stay, and am looking forward to my next visit there!

This was the first time that I ever stayed at a B&B and I must say the experience was delightful.I can not say enough about the way that Ryan made me and my girlfriend feel at ease.I stayed in touch with Ryan before my arrival and everything went so smoothly.I really felt at home there.The room was magnificent,the hospitality was superb and the breakfast was outstanding!If you are ever in the Grove City area and you want a day or two of relaxation,while getting pampered I highly recommend the Terra House.I will definitely be back for another stay.My hat goes off to this outstanding establishment.Thanks again for making my stay feel special!!

Do you know what it is like to stay at a friend's house or a 5 star hotel? Neither did I until I had the pleasure of staying at Terra Nova House. There isn't a single thing that I can say that wasn't an absolute pleasure. The décor was inviting, everything was spotless, the food and entertainment was top notch. I was treated like a family member that came in from out of town. Ryan offered me so much information and was always only a phone call away. I can't wait to go back again and I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Terra Nova last weekend and what a delight it was!! My grandson attends college at Slippery Rock and we were there for family weekend which was wonderful and such a great place to spend the night. From the beautiful outside to the fantastic inside to the comfort and beauty of our room to the delicious breakfast served, Terra Nova is a must-stay for people wanting a different place to stay other than a hotel! There is simply no comparison! We will be back!!!!

Details matter, and these guys get them all right. My wife and I stayed just one night while traveling cross-country, but would have been comfortable here for a much longer stay. The room was large and comfortable, with lots of closet and other storage space. Fast Internet with video streaming service was included at no additional charge, and a decent selection of shows were available on old-fashioned discs, for techno-fogies like me. And breakfast was simply excellent.
