  Better price than Thunder Harley or Warren Harley. And the service was great. I'll drive from Brookfield Oh to New Castle anytime I need parts or anything else for my Harley

  The service department is incredible!!! Shaun went out and beyond for us! He provided the best customer service we have had with anything we have purchased! They did a great job on fixing up my motorcycle!! Very professional and straight up on the estimates of time and cost! Definitely recommend!!

  I've dealt with parts and service several times, and always leave satisfied and in a timely manner. The have a good selection of anything from bikes to clothes and gear. Located in a convenient place also.

  New Castle Harley Davidson is a full service authorized Harley Davidson Dealership. I have purchased many accessories, jackets, etc., and have had a few of my bikes serviced here. I have not purchase a bike here as they seem very resistant to sell for less than list.
  
  The service department is top notch. The technicians know their stuff and have never overlooked a thing on my bikes. I cannot say enough about Bill and his team.
  
  The staff here is very friendly and attentive to insure your visit to New Castle is a pleasant one.
  
  I feel that this could be a 5 star review but I will never pay list for any vehicle, even if it is a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. That's just me.
  
  Don't let this stop you if you are in the market, New Castle Harley Davidson is still a great Harley Dealer and they might be the right dealer for you.

  The best online OEM parts supplier. They are only people I will deal with. The more research that you do on your own the better the experience will be. It's nice to deal with honest people. Great job
