This was a horrible experience. My boyfriend was admitted for GI issues, they took him back immediately while I gave them his information, the receptionist then had me sit in the lobby for 30 minutes and wouldn't let me go back to see him because they were "putting in his catheter." I later asked the receptionist if i could go see him, she ignored me and continued to tell her coworker what to get her for lunch from Dairy Queen. When I finally got back to see him, the room was disgusting and I actually saw a cockroach crawling on his IV tubing. After getting a water bottle from my car, I stood at the front desk for someone to let me back. The receptionist snapped at me " you need to sit down and wait until I'm finished". I had been crying since I came in and she had absolutely no sympathy for me or my boyfriend. I'd say the only good thing about this place is the doctors and nurses who were very nice and genuinely cared.

If there is another hospital to go to please don't waste your time here! My husband had a three degree burns. Very painful. They give him a pain pill! The guy nurse gave us towels and told us to scrub the tar off ourselves! They put cream on it and sent us out the door quick. I was like nothing for pain? The doctor gave us a prescription and we couldn't get it filled because he put the wrong name for the pill he prescribed.
