Not terribly impressed. Spent over $100 for an arrangement for my sisters birthday and it showed up with no card at all. I though it was strange she hadn’t said anything so I asked and she sent a pic. They were pretty but NO where near what the online pic showed for a large arrangement. Disappointing as I really wanted to surprise her and spent the extra money to do so.

This is a beautiful place to go if you're needing flowers-real or silk. Lovely displays inside. Separate area for wedding or special occasion planning. Great season decor. Candles, gift items, candy and pleasant staff.

I and my wife celebrated our 67 wedding anniversary on November 29 2020 . I was looking for something special as we are in our late and mid eighties I gave her a present but wanted something special for the Sunday morning of our anniversary I decided on Flowers 💐 So I contacted Jack at Ruzens and asked if he could make me a bouquet 💐 of 67 multi colored roses and deliver them on the 29 .He looked at the calendar and saw it was Sunday and said He would see if he had a base big enough to hold that many roses and had that many and would call me back but Did not deliver on Sunday so I said I would pick the arrangement on Saturday afternoon . He said it would be quite heavy but would call me back Which he did and stated he could fulfill my request. The arrangements were made.
At my age I was concerned about gettin the Bouquet home .Now getting the flowers as I wanted was a special effort by Jack but nothin compared to what he called and told me.One of his delivery people had volunteered to deliver them to me at 8:00 Sunday morning so I could surprise my wife . He arrived at exactly 8:00 O:clock brought the flowers to the house ,wished me a happy anniversary and politely declined the gratitude offered.
I will always be gratefully to Jack and the staff at Ruzens and especially the kind gentleman (whose name I failed to get) who came in early on Sunday morning to deliver the Bouquet of roses
I wish I could share with all the Joy on my wife’s face and the awe she expressed at the sight of the flowers 🌸response / report this review -

Jack was incredible to work with for our wedding even during the 7 month delay we faced due to COVID. Our flowers were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined them and the prices were very reasonable for the fantastic quality and quantity of pieces we received. I would work with them again in a heartbeat

Went in to get some flowers for my wife for her birthday. The lady was extremely helpful especially since I had no idea what looked good together. She put something together that looked amazing and my wife loves it. Will definitely be going here again.
