Chicken artichoke nomnomnom. And fresh cut fries with malt vinegar!? THE BEST. And their lemonade, ah yissssss.

So sad to hear this business closed. I'll prob never get to indulge in Penn station again :'(

The food was average, 3/5 stars. The reason for the one star is that while I was picking up my food there, there was an employee eating fries out of the fry basket bare handed. If you're going to eat fries, cool. Just use tongs and put them on a plate or wear gloves or something. Don't put your dirty hands in the fries you are going to serve paying customers. Seriously gross.

Penn station is awesome. People need to get their head around the menu, its not that hard guys. Bread meats and cheeses are way higher quality than any where else. Grilled meats is a big difference. Dont forget to grab that cool, crisp, clean, refreshing lemonade.

Horrible food for the price. I would give it NO stars if possible.

Fries would have been good if they were hot when they first came out; not much better the second try.
We had a variety of subs and we each left more than half our food. BTW, don’t get the “Classic Steak and Cheese” w/everything (the toppings do NOT go well together).

4x 10” subs with 1 large fry and 4 drinks = ~$55

Thought I would try it ,food expensive, staff didn't seem to care, regret spending my money there. Staff joked with each other and rudely yelled across the room that I hadn't paid for my sub. Mind you there was no cashier to pay and I was sitting at a table waiting.

I had a coupon for a free 6" sub so in spite of having heard terrible things about this place I decided what the neck, a free sub. I got the wrong sub, then went back and got the right one. It was still terrible. For a free sub and a large fry it was still over $6. Poor service, bad food, and more expensive than Chipotle. How are y'all still in business?

Not impressed. Ordered a 8" chicken parm and there might have been enough meat to fill a 4" one. The staff was there for a paycheck. Felt like customers were a bother to them.

I ordered a medium fry an 8" steak sub, all I wanted was lettuce, mayo, and mushrooms. Three others were in my group, one chicken teriyaki sub, a cheese steak, and a club were the other sandwiches that were ordered.

After waiting F O R E V E R, almost 15 minutes, our food came out. My order was completely wrong, and I mean it couldn't possibly be any more wrong. Who in the hell puts honey mustard on a steak sandwich? It was disgusting. The amount of meat on the four sandwiches was comical, and I mean truly pathetic. One half of my friends chicken sub had about 5 small cubes of chicken on it. There was one person in my group who commented that it was the worst meal they've had so far this year.

The establishment itself was not very clean, and there was a good amount of filth under the counters that needed to be swept up. The ordering process is silly, and the food is expensive for very small portions. The layout of the place isn't very good either.

So, the service sucks, they take forever, it isn't cheap, the quality and quantity of the food is sub-par. I don't see this place lasting very long. I hope they close and a Jersey Mike's goes in its place.

The reviews don't lie, avoid.

This place is horrible! It took a long time to get the food. The peoples orders were wrong. Some people waited longer than others. Several people asked for Diet Pepsi that was out in the machine. Some of them left without getting their Diet Pepsi. I asked for my money back & then they fixed it. The fresh cut fries were broke up into 1/4 - 1/2 inch long pieces & so salty you could not eat them.
The place is run by teenagers, what a big mess.
It cost me $13.11 for lunch. Not worth the taste, cost or the trouble.

Was able to order fast food was hot and plenty of meat not like some sub places who give you very little meat on your sandwich. The Italian is my favorite but have had the steak sandwich also delicious. Great sandwhich hot or cold.
