I contacted Pat with sunshine cleaning to get an estimate on my rental after I’d moved out of state. She was very accommodating, working with me on scheduling and getting an estimate of my home while I was in Colorado. I ended up not needing Sunshine’s services, but based on the experience I did have, would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs cleaning done in Columbia.

Having just bought our first home, we were wanting it to be cleaned prior to moving in. I utilized the estimate form on the Sunshine Cleaning website. Pat responded very quickly and helped me determine what the next steps were via e-mail. Pat met me at the house for a walk through to determine the estimate, then worked with my fiancé and I to set up a time that worked best for us, being extremely flexible. Pat and her crew did outstanding work on the house we moved into. The house looked completely different after they were done, the windows looked brand new and they worked magic with the kitchen appliances. I received pictures of our home post-cleaning and Pat and her crew were ready and willing to come back incase anything wasn't up to par with our cleaning. This was not an issue as the cleaning exceeded our expectations! Will be using Pat and her team for any future cleaning needed!

Pat was incredibly responsive to my request for deep cleaning. She was out at my house in Centralia the next day from my initial contact. She and her team are detail driven, friendly, safe (wearing masks), and accurate. Pat also was mindful of my budget for the project. I will call Sunshine Cleaning again for help cleaning!

I simply adore Sunshine Cleaning! Pat, the owner, is a wonderful woman to work with. She is responsive, on time, and works with my very hectic schedule. I had the cleaners out while I was working from home and they worked around my schedule, even stopping cleaning the kitchen while I was on a break, to clean my office. My home looked immaculate and smelled amazing. I don't think it's been this clean since I moved in! The cleaners also made an effort to know my name and my pets names. They had me walk around after the clean to make sure everything was to my standard and it was just delightful. My husband was also super impressed. We had used two other (well known) cleaning companies in Columbia for 2-3 years, but ended up letting the most recent one got due to not cleaning the built-ins/cabinets/wiping things down. That was not an issue here, everything was spotless and to my standard. I could tell that the cleaners treated my home as if it was theirs or their family members. I'm very grateful!

Spoke to Pat the other day to have her come to see the house. She came out within the next day and was very nice. I live alone in about a 1200 square foot condo with a dog. After going through everything with her she quoted an exorbitant price over $300 and each time they would come out after the first deep cleaning would be $160 (included cleaning a couple bedrooms/bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, and carpets). I'm not sure about all the reviewers but I cannot afford prices like those. Other places in town are cheaper but I will probably go with a friend of the family to clean the house on a every 2 week basis for $40 a time. Good luck, all.

My daughter urgently needed help cleaning her house and I live out of state and was unable to be there. I found Sunshine Cleaning Service online, and spoke to Pat. She worked her in the very next day. My daughter loved her and the house looks amazing. I highly recommend Sunshine Cleaning Service!

They turned down a move-out cleaning job for us, even though their website says "Have a nasty mess no one else wants to clean? That’s what we do best!" Apparently not. Also: "Sunshine Cleaning often receives referrals from other cleaning services in Columbia, MO for jobs that are just too filthy." Again, hard to believe this, since our job was not exceptionally filthy -- no blood or anything, just years of grime and cooking grease. Do NOT believe these people when they say they will tackle jobs others won't!

This is the second time we have gone through sunshine. Both times the house has been spotless and smelling great. They always work hard and do a great job, and are good people as well. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need of a clean house!

I am completely blown away by Pat Jackson and her team at Sunshine Cleaning Unlimited. In preparation for the birth of our 3rd child, I hired Sunshine Cleaning to complete some deep cleaning jobs around my home that I felt unable to do myself. Pat is friendly and flexible, and her team is very professional. They completed my entire house in a matter of a few hours. Besides the typical vacuuming and dusting surfaces, they moved and cleaned all of my kitchen appliances in and out, wiped out all of my window tracks and cleaned my blinds, they dusted a number of bookcases and carefully cleaned our home electronic music equipment. Our home looked PERFECT, and it smelled absolutely wonderful. I will be contacting Pat to set up some kind of regular service, because her quality is so fantastic!

These women are miracle workers!!! I live in a house with three boys and two dogs and they took my place from disgusting to perfection in a matter of hours. I can't thank them enough! Their work took my breath away.

I had a very messy rental property which recently had Some minor construction work done to it. With any construction, comes loads of dust/dirt/grime. Pat and her crew did not hesitate to take on the job. By the time they were done I hardly recognized the place! It goes without saying that I would use SUNSHINE CLEANING UNLIMITED again, and I would strongly encourage you to do the same. Pat Jackson, the owner, was very friendly and easy to work with. My experience with SUNSHINE CLEANING UNLIMITED was exceptional, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

My daughter and 10 girls live in a rental house in Columbia MO on east campus. Sunshine Cleaning came on short notice and did an excellent job of cleaning a semester of dirt and grime. The bathroom tubs/showers had mold and rust . They were able to get them clean. They did the stove/oven, washer/dryer, refrigerators, light fixtures, ceiling fans and scrubbed floors. They moved furniture and vac under and in cushions as well. A crew of 2 men, Gregory and Jose, worked nonstop from 9 - 5. I was in the house and observed the effort and pride they took in their work. Pat, the owner, was responsive and supervised the staff with a caring attitude. I would not hesitate to use this service again for move in/move out. My only complaint is that they do not come as far as Kansas City so that I could use them in my own home!

Sunshine Cleaning has been doing a wonderful job cleaning my house for a couple of years now. They are the third house cleaners I have hired in Columbia and are hands down the best! Pat, the owner, is so conscientious and easy to work with. Many times, she has rescheduled her crew to fit my needs. The ladies that have been to my house to clean are so friendly! I'm embarrassed to say that they actually keep things cleaner than I would! Pat is very hands on checking with me to make sure everything is good and making sure her workers are doing a great job. I highly recommend trying them out!
