I used this companies cleaning service to clean two of my area rugs. They were extremely accommodating. They came to my home to pick up the rugs, and brought them back within my requested time frame. I have a dog who sheds a lot and my rugs look good as new. Highly recommend

We use MaxCare to fix the transition areas between our carpet and tile, where the old tack straps were not installed correctly and poked our feet. We are incredibly happy with the t-cap installation. The repairmen were courteous, professional and did a wonderful job.

Rob is a consummate professional, his explanations were thorough and he made sure we understood the various aspects of what carpet cleaning could and could not do for us. He didn’t try to talk us into anything that wouldn’t have worked or may have made our situation worse (he was very honest about what we could expect) which is greatly appreciated. There was no hard sell, just helping us get the service that would be best for us.

He went out of his way to give (free) advice on things like buying a new vacuum cleaner and the kind of carpet to get if we decided to replace, as well as effective products to use on our carpets and where to buy them.

They showed up on time, were always very friendly, and worked quickly. It was a great experience. I highly recommend their services.

I've had to hire someone for carpet repair on two occasions and both times it has been Rob with MaxCare. I really felt compelled to write a review to give credit where it was due. I must say that these guys really do live up to their name! Rob was right on time both times, and was kind enough to wake me up as requested, as I'm an overnight worker. MaxCare is extremely fair with their prices and treat their customers like family. I felt comfortable inviting them into my home and letting them work without having to hover over them and make sure they weren't messing anything up. They're in and out with no trace of work even being done. Extremely helpful, and I can't say enough good about them. If you're looking for carpet cleaning or repair, I don't really see a need for another option.

This is a progress report (not totally related to carpet carebut related to another MaxCare service): my small home was A MESSpiled high with "stuff" from 20 years of a series of unfortunate events!
I was introduced to Aaron Flavors who looked at the chaos & said "I can help you!" He laid out a plan & on Monday morning introduced me to his team of Pete, Stephanie & DeMarcus; the miracle workers! They went to work! By Friday my house was cleared & items stored.
Along the way they discovered a pervasive mold issue. Little did I know that when I met Aaron, I met a highly rated carpet cleaning company as well!

Great service - we had two rooms that we thought would need total carpet replacement because of cat urine. Rob came in, treated the carpets, came back when everything was dry and put it all back together again. And NO MORE CAT URINE SMELL! We are very happy.

I called Max Care on a Saturday morning, and they were able to squeeze my friend's apartment in on the same day. The carpet had several pet and rust stains on it, and when Max Care was done, the carpet looked brand new! Also, Max Care was half the price of local competitors, and they were very fast, efficient, and professional. They were very patient with my questions, and went above and beyond what I would expect. Other competitors told me it would be two weeks before they could get there, and said they would call the night before the appointment to give a four hour window in which they would arrive. Max Care have a specific time they would be there, so there was no hassle of taking off work. I highly recommend them!

Very impressed. The smell alone is worth the money. Very prompt and friendly service. My carpet was terrible but it looks great and they said they'll come back if any stains pop back up or anything. I've already recommended them to a few friends. Good job Maxcare Thanks!

My dogs chewed a hole in my living room carpet. Called Max Care and they came out the next day and fixed the hole. The patch blended in perfectly, took no time at all to fix and even got tips on how to spot clean the carpet.

called the guys at max care at like 8:00 pm. had pen marks on a brand new couch (should have gotten the warranty). they came over the next morning and had cleaned the couch, 2 chairs, and all my carpet in a little over an hour. very happy with the service and a little less mad at my kids. thanks max care.
