RUSH PCB has been providing HDI printed circuit board, & assembly service since 2010. They've have built up a reputation of delivering a high layer count PC Boards with stack vias in 8-10 working days. I received my PCBA's in 10 working days. My design was 6 layer stack vias (3+N+3) 6 sets of blind and buried vias.
Their DFM and DFA team was very thorough in checking the files and raising the engineering questions. Amazing service.
Once again, the team at RUSH does what nobody else can do: We had a failure from an overseas vendor that spent 5 weeks making our fab, and unfortunately, made a mistake which rendered the fabs useless. We discovered the issue on a Friday morning. By late Friday afternoon, we had a replacement fab for not one but TWO complex, very thin, four layer FR4 boards with high density and thin trace and space re-quoted by Rush. We pulled the trigger, and they worked over the weekend and on Monday and Tuesday to make the new fabs from scratch in an absolutely absurd 4 day turn around, where two of those days were Saturday and Sunday!!!! The new fabs were received Wednesday morning at our CM and we were back in business.
Seriously. Who, but Roy, Das, and the rest of the incredible team at RUSH PCB could possibly do this?
I wish I could say this is the first and last time that we’ll have to lean on the RUSH team to handle such an insane fire drill. But, of course, it won’t be. . .
One thing is for sure. When everyone else says, “it can’t be done”, that’s when you know it’s time for the miracle workers at RUSH. Perfect timing, perfect quality, perfect price, perfect customer service. Not sure how they pull it off, but they do.
Our heartiest thanks!!!
The team at Rush PCB went above and beyond to help me get my PCB design manufactured to the topmost quality while ensuring the boards were delivered on time. Very clear communication after the order was placed, warning me of possible areas where things could have gone wrong and then guided me in the right direction. Pricing also was one of the best after I was shopping around other PCB manufacturers.
Rush PCB has great pricing and lead times. Unfortunately they also fit into the "you get what you pay for" category. Placed an order for 200 PCBs several months ago and found a very high failure rate during functional testing. Further inspection via microscope revealed "black pads" all over the PCBs, which can compromise solder joints. I would not recommend Rush PCB despite the great pricing; it's better to pay more for higher quality.
At the end of the day, our circuit boards are some of the most technically challenging rigid-flex fabrications that anyone has ever encountered. Most companies won’t bid. Of the companies that bid, most fail to manufacture usable boards. So far, out of 20+ PCB manufacturers in the world, only Roy and his team at RUSH PCB have proven capable of reliably producing our insane designs.
We can offer no higher possible recommendation. If your work is blindingly difficult and everyone has told you it is “impossible” to produce, then make one more call: to RUSH PCB.
