We used Ward Wilson to bury my mother, the funeral home schedule another funeral at same time. We had to reschedule, they are trying to bill us for another one thousand bucks after she has been buried since November 9th. The funeral was paid in full the day we made arrangements! I will never use this funeral home to bury any of my family members ever again. Very unprofessional.

I visited Ward Wilson Funeral Home a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. First, the funeral home is beautiful, well maintained and very modern. Second, the staff is caring, kind and considerate and very happy to explain and answer your questions. Third, they provide funeral services that fit your needs and personality. They are the best around!

First of all the man and woman they had to get my grandfathers dead body couldn’t handle the weight and my Uncle had to step in and help carry his own father to the gurney. Secondly, The hearse driver was too fast.. maybe he was trying to keep up with the state trooper but they should be in sync with one another for a funeral.. Also, the casket was so heavy and they told us 4 men would be enough without bothering to tell us how much the casket weighed. The facility is nice and the people were kind. The preacher had a nice story but we expected a lot more consideration and organization from a funeral home as Ward Wilson.

Looks a lot better since they have painted the inside, put in lights around the outside of the building, and they are even putting in sprinklers to help get rid of the dead grass. So it looks a lot nicer now. Great improvements, friendly staff inside.
